Excellent service. Canyon Store was amazing as I ordered a pair of boots for my brother and the courier in the UK delivered it elsewhere , without us being able to track it down. The customer service solved the issue promptly and was always in contact with me to keep me updated. I highly recommend buying with them.

Great purchase
Great purchase. It was a fast delivery (considering that I'm in Mexico) and without problems. The boots really look awesome. I'm eager to go canyoning and use them for the very first time!!

Thanks for your review. This is the cheapest option to send to Japan, we cannot offer a cheaper option. Even more: the *actual* cost is higher than what you paid. We already use a flat rate tariff, and in most cases The Canyon Store has to pay a few or several euros more.

I was overall very happy with my order from Canyonstore.eu. I did find it a bit disappointing that the slings I received were solid black though, since the image of the item on the website depicts colourful, patterned slings! You should change the picture/description!

Thank you for the remark. We will change the picture immediately. This is a good point. The Petzl Sling has changed somewhat over the years but we forgot to update the picture. The photo that we show is indeed an older version.
Also note that you have the right to send back your articles and ask for a refund of those articles.
