Ugly Bad sprayer
I bought the stain remover and paid extra for the sprayer. But once I started, it worked out with the sprayer didn’t function well. A part of my tent was sprayed already, but very unequal. Now I am here with a Partially treated tent. And I can’t go on until I got a new sprayer. this will take a few days and in the meanwhile my tent is not waterproof. A real worthless sprayer. how is this possible?

Helpful customer service and speedy delivery to the UK. I was glad to find an eco friendly fire retardant for my bell tent. I have not used it yet so cannot review its effectiveness.

Unsatisfying customer service and slow delivery
Ordered a tent that was marked as in stock. After two weeks of silence I asked customer support, where my order is. They said that tents were out of stock but just appeared. After another week of silence I asked again about the status of my order. NO RESPONSE. Three days later got tracking number from UPS. Took another TWELVE DAYS for the tent to arrive, although "fast delivery" is promised.

This brand was recommended by a friend when I wanted a porch for a new bell tent. Website was easy to navigate and dispatch and delivery was fast with good comms. The materials are good quality and I think it will work well for the set up I need.

Oven
I used the oven on a stove I use for cooking on nut it didn't get hot enough for me to use despite having a good fire on I think the oven has poor insulation and couldn't build up heat I was disappointed with it and can't use it
