They are the only American snack website I trust 100%. I’ve been ordering with them for around 4 years now. Once they gave me 2 free treats for being a loyal customer and they are quick to help if I’m having order issues.

I’ve done two orders with Candymail, my second arriving today (22.04.2026). I have nothing but positive words to describe them. They have such a broad range of products that constantly changes, they’re excellently and very competitively priced, and their service is top notch. They dispatch quickly, everything comes well packaged and protected. Generally just a very happy customer and will order from them again in future with no hesitation. Definitely the best source of international treats in the U.K. I’ve found by a long way.

I recently tried a premium Japanese mystery box, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. While the idea is exciting, many of the drinks (which there was quite a few off) were essentially the same as what we already have in the UK, just with Japanese packaging. For the price, it didn’t feel worth it

I also tried a USA mystery sweet bag, but I wouldn’t order it again as it was just sour patch kids, and we get there here in UK. While the idea is fun, it didn’t really feel worth it—especially when some of the items are already easy to find here.

I think mystery boxes in general are a bit hit and miss. It’s a nice concept, but next time I’d probably just choose specific items myself instead, so I know I’m getting things I’ll actually enjoy.

A great selection of sweets and chocolates, only problem is when ordering in warm weather the chocolate arrives like liquid in the packet.. a shame and a big waste of money :-/

Everything about this service was amazing! I bought multiple items, at really good prices for Japanese imports, for both me and my girlfriend for her birthday. I didnt pay for express shipping, as I had time available to wait 3-5 days, despite this, it came in TWO DAYS !! The same as express shipping and was sent off almost immediately. The packaging itself was amazingly and professionally well done! I will be using this service from now on and I cannot believe how amazing it is, from the range of imports from various countries to shipping and packaging, it is clear they care about their customers. If you need a service for japanese, American and other Asian imports, THIS is the place. Absolutely incredible. And they had hatsune miku and other anime stuff too which was very helpful for the gifts lol.

Very fast delivery.Can only get the large bars of Cadbury Turkish delight from this company and other interesting variations.Customer service spot on and the packaging is excellent for the glass bottles that I buy from time to time.

Wasn't overall impressed with what I got ordered the £59.99 box. Most of the stuff you could get in other retail shops for fraction of the price

Fast delivery. Amazing products I wouldn’t have been able to taste otherwise. Bought a few time off them now and never had a problem. Plus if items are out of stock but you’ve managed to order them, they go ahead and refund you without issue

I recently got an order from a different company of similar items and they came squashed and nearly destroyed, but Candymail's packaging was top tier. And the delivery arrived a day earlier than the earliest estimate. Overall I was very pleased.

Will be buying again really soon and my brother was happy and will be buying for him too

Ordered two boxes of mac and cheese however the expiration date says July 2022, so it’s almost 4 years out of date

Good amount of stuff in the box but I got a lot of Easter themed stuff, it wasn’t advertised as an Easter box and it wasn’t an Easter gift so it felt a bit like they were getting rid of all the stuff they had knocking around the warehouse.
