Still no delivery, 14 days from ordering....and no reply to my email

Few times I have been ordering the CLP labels and each time it has been cancelled and refunded.I understand shop is closing down now but this was before even any notice.
I’ve been a costumer for two years and never had that much problems as I’ve had now.

hi i think its digusting not take goods off ur website i placed order for many bits spend about £400 and all u sent without telling me is 5 items ur a joke ive had many things off u in past no problem but this time when i placed order got to checkout paid for it all no problem and then get order today with 95%of it missing saying R but not saying anything more no apoligies or anything no wonder im afriad to say thats why ur closing down because u happy to take people money but fail to deliver the service and goods also not sending any form of apology so i think if u ever consider opening again when closed focus on delivering goods and if out stock mark on main page do not wait till all goods paid for then mention on invoice in box that its out of stock because belive me it will ruin u again and is that what u really want i hate to say i think not. so at moment i used to rate u 5*s but as of this polava i rate u now 1*and from what i hear all over social media many more customers are angry with way you treated them so i hope i get fully refunded urgently my order ty also no wonder your closing looking at that attitude on ur facebook page and way u have wrote this ty.

I still haven't received my parcel which was ordered in the 11th September

Placed my order on 11th September, still waiting for delivery on 24th September... Can't comment on the products as I still don't have them but hoping they're worth the wait. Will probably use a different supplier next time!

I haven’t received any goods from an order on the 12th that was meant to be on a 1-3 day delivery.

No emails have been responded to and they have ignored all social media requests and gone as far as closing the business page on Facebook.

Sent everyone a tracking number but didn’t drop any parcels with the courier
I’m now having to do a chargeback to get my refund as I’ve had no response from them at All

Still waiting to receive order i paid 3 weeks ago
I contacted the owner amy and she was not helpful at all
Very rude if honest …..
Candlestuff once was a fantastic company but aweful now

Super swift delivery, excellent company, highly recommend.

At one point all of my oils were from this supplier whether brought from them or off destash sites. So I will start this review by saying their scents are incredibly great and I love using them. However, customer service is shocking!

I ordered a few oils due to having orders waiting and I had ran out so paid extra to have the 1-3 day delivery. I’ve had a late delivery before through rm so gave benefit of the doubt and ordered for dpd.
2 weeks later. It arrived rm.
During the wait I emailed to have an update on order and was told they had a sale on and there is a backlog.. which would be fine if communicated in the first place. Anyway fast forward to the delivery. I ordered 3 bottles of a scent. They come with free clps.. 3 bottles, 3 sheets? Nope. Only one. The clps were scrunched in the box folded up and thrown in basically.
The oils… all fine.. except one bottle had absolutely no labelling on. Just a bottle with some chemicals in it. Obviously I know what I’ve ordered.. but this is not great at all.
Safe to say I will not be using again no matter how good the scents are.

The aroma oils offered by this store are simply fantastic. The scents are captivating and have an immediate calming effect, creating a peaceful atmosphere in my home.

Fast Delivery. Although wax was 10kg I loved that it was in separate 2kg bags. Highly recommend as a supplier.
