Everything…. But

The candle shipped and arrived very quickly. Packaging was great and secured the candle very well. The only thing was the scent, it wasn’t strong enough. But U would order again.

Still hasn't arrived!

The candle was supposed to arrive before Christmas, it still hasn't arrived! I don't want it, I can't use it, I want my money back.

Overall good

Overall everything was good. The only note I have is that I didn’t receive an email confirming shipping (which had me concerned) like was mentioned in the email following my purchase. However, after I contacted candleguy via email, I was provided with more information.

The candle is very cute

The candle is very cute, and smells amazing!!! Fast and easy shipping, came packaged carefully so it wouldn’t get damaged. Customer service was great, I had a question and he responded the very next day.

Top notch candles

These candles are the best- and the customer service is just as good! I received an incorrect scent, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. With the holidays they ran out of my chosen aroma but they made a substitution and ensured I was a happy customer. The substitution ended up not being my favorite- but rather than return it I opted to gift it to someone else- and just buy another one because they are THAT good. Will continue to be a proud supporter of this company!
