Was mailed and delivered fast. Candle looked just like the picture and smells good. More importantly my boyfriend laughed!

The scent of the candles are amazing! I might add also that depending on which candle my boyfriend lights, dictates what kind of night we'll have 😉!

As promised my order shipped the very next day after being placed which was awesome. It’s unfortunate that it was lost or mishandled during delivery by the mail carrier. However, The Candle Guy customer service team is working diligently and professionally to solve this matter. I really appreciate them being considerate and will definitely be ordering from them again.

My order was shipped to an old address. Apple Pay auto fill was blamed and I double checked, it is not the default address. However, the team reached out and resolved the issue with me via email and offered to resend my order to the correct address. I appreciate their help and will order again!
