Montreal office needs to improve
The actual rental experience - everything from the time we drove away in our RV and until we returned it - was excellent. However, the checkout and checkin experiences were terrible.

Top notch client service
From the check-in to the check-out, everything went smoothly.
We had an issue during our trip on a Sunday, but they able to quicly respond, help us and follow until the issue was solved.
I highly recommend !

Unplanned return of the camper
My wife's mother died and we had to give the camper back three weeks earlier than planned in Montreal instead of Calgary. The changes for this unplanned retour were treated very professionnally.
