This place is a complete fraud company

This place is a complete fraud company. Don't waste your time and money like I did. After waiting a month for my sample to show up I got in contact with customer service, I was told to wait another 15 business days and to email them again in I still haven't gotten the email saying the sample was received. 2 months in total I finally sent another sample, paid extra so they had to sign for the sample was it was delivered. I got the email saying it was received and my results would be sent in 72 hours. I got them, and there was a few red flags. 2 days later I got another REPORT emailed to me. Nothing Matched on either report both were completely different. I emailed them telling them what they did and that they were a joke and asked for a refund. I got the refund of course, how they hell would they explain what they did and how different they were. I also talked to Andrew, he was polite and helpful. But the company is a fraud and absolutely bull****.

Excellent service above expectation

Service above expectation. I was referred by my sister who was delighted with her experience. I had some questions so I wrote to Canada Food Intolerance and the next day I had a answer from someone name Andrew, He was extremely polite, patient and customer service oriented. I did the test for 2 family members and intend to do it also for the rest of the family,

Upgrade provided & website concern

I have been looking for a way to test all my health issues through hair analysis and I came across this test. I wanted to get my family done as well but it only came in "premium" and not "ultimate." I emailed asking for an upgrade and was okay with paying the difference and they provided me the upgrade for FREE! I was so thankful for their kindness in providing this for us.
The only flaw though is that their website can be hard to manage. When going to the different types of tests page, it doesn't show all the tests there and you have to go finding it; like the family test isn't listed on the test page shop list but listed and linked elsewhere on the website as a product to buy. The website needs a little cleaning up and making it easier to maneuver, other than that I am excited for these results!

Very erroneous Ultimate Intolerance test results

I had ordered the Ultimate Intolerance Test in the hopes of finally figuring out my food intolerances. The test results made no sense. I know for sure I have a lactose intolerance and it is NOT an allergy. But the results showed I had no lactose intolerance nor intolerance to any dairy products except for goat milk! Now you may argue that it is an allergy and not an intolerance, which is what their response is since they don't test for allergies. How do I know it's an intolerance? Becuz if I consume a lactaid supplement prior to eating dairy, I don't get any bowel issues. Another interesting result was that it showed I have sensitivity to cocoa powder and NO sensitivity to milk chocolate or dark chocolate! That's ridiculous since chocolate is made from cocoa powder....How do i believe that the rest of the results maybe true when there are such obvious errors in the result? The sales agent admitted that the results were all wrong and was quick to issue a refund. So I'm glad I didn't lose the money. However, I would have expected them to offer a retest at no additional cost, so that they could figure out what went wrong with the testing in the first place. This way they could bring improvements to their testing methods and create value to their business.

Not accurate or helpful

Revised: after reading company's comment I am changing my wording from allergy to food Intolerance which is more accurate as I have no food allergies.
I was sending a sample for my partner and decided to take advantage of the promotion they had. I have no Intolerance to any food and we thought it might be interesting to see if anything comes up. The result was a long list of everything that I have been eating, using and being around them for my whole life with no problem. My partner result that we really needed was really not helpful or accurate either. But mine was a list of almost everyday item . Save your money.

I doubt the accuracy

I doubt the accuracy of those tests. Very disappointing.
Almost everything came back as normal/green when I know as a fact they are not. Even on sale, don't waste your money.

Fast, Easy and Informative

I live in a rural community and it was so fast and easy to order, pay for, and submit my test. I received my results quickly and email communications from the company kept me informed along the way.

The test included a very diverse selection of foods. Not only was I provided a small list of foods to avoid but I was provided with a long list of foods I can have.

I’ve recommended this test to family members and friends who are looking to check out their own food intolerances and other sensitivities. I’m pleased with my purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was charged $29 for the Ultimate test. When checking out my payment froze and then I got an error message saying “this link has expired”. I emailed right away and the customer service rep who had my ticket assured me they didn’t receive payment and it was pending. She said if I am charged and the charge goes through on my credit card I will “automatically” receive a confirmation email and the form that goes along with it. Low and behold, the charge went through and posted on my credit card and no email was received. When I emailed the customer service representative back she immediately blamed the bank and said my payment was rejected/cancelled. I used to work for a bank and the bank doesn’t make mistakes like that. The charge was put through by the merchant, so they have my money but no services were rendered. The customer service rep I was emailing with came off as condescending and defensive through the email and I suggest the company trains their employees on correct customer service skills. I’m out $29. I have no email or form. I can’t send anything in. Where did the money go then? It vanished? What does that sound like to you? A scam. I disputed with my bank and they confirmed the money was taken from my credit card and NOT refunded. If the charge was cancelled or rejected it would have showed a refund of $29 in the pending status automatically which was not shown at all. It’s $29. You would think the company could take the loss? Now they’ll have a dispute against them which is not good. BBB will be getting the same review. Very disappointing.

We bought the pet test to try to figure…

We bought the pet test to try to figure out why one of our dogs was always scratching. We ended up getting it for all 3 of our pups to make sure we are feeding them what works best. The process was easy, the report was quick and thorough and the fee isn’t out of this world so it’s affordable and feasible to do. Thank you for offering this test to help pet owners out!

I am so glad I took this test! The whole process from start to finish was very easy and instructions are very clear.
I found out some very interesting sensitivities that I plan on reducing/removing completely from my diet!

The report is well put together

The report is well put together, clear and detailed. I was surprised with all the information it provided. I will be certainly lowering the intake on some of the foods that are reported to cause issues.

Glad I took the test!

My experience is pretty much like most of the reviews that I have read - I'm not feeling well, there is digestive issues, I'm tired, I have the rashes and more. I was very impressed with how comprehensive it is. This test points you in a direction that you can go, food science is SO confusing we don't know where to go or what to do. This helps a lot. I'm glad I took it. I can use this and just maybe it will help me through some days.

My experience

I was shocked when I received my results, especially seeing all the items I had a food sensitivity to as many of them were items consumed on the daily. That explains the indigestion I felt along with the skin rashes I had. I am grateful for this test and awareness, so I can take control of my diet and nourish my body with the right foods. I will be doing this test next year to see the improvements in my health. Thank you very much! I am very satisfied !

Eye opening experience!

Good Experience

For a while I was feeling bloated, lethargic, and displaying reaction symptoms. Thanks to Canada Food Intolerance testing I found out what foods to stay away from and what vitamins I'm lacking. This has caused me to loose weight and have more energy to play with my grandchildren.

Amazing results - I wish I had done this sooner!

Wow! What a service! The results confirmed some food and drink items that I already knew bothered my system however also highlighted others that I was not aware of. The output provides a great outline on what to avoid and what can be consumed. I am not having it done for the entire family!
