I haven’t received my product yet, or a notification that it has been shipped. I sent an inquiry on the website as that is the only option and I have gotten no response.

At 1st, that there is no reference from order to put on application and response at 5:00 AM from your part made it suspicious. Yet, very surprise. Very professional, very well documented. Only buts... See more

Twice tried to pay with PayPal as…

Twice tried to pay with PayPal as available on website. NO GO. Contacted and heard back from UK. (I am in Canada). Tried to purchase again directly with credit card and payment was taken. This was for ONE gift and purchased 2 extra kits. Once approved on card, I get an email saying they no longer send kits but gave me instructions to send my hair follicles to, yet another country, the USA. This site is canadafoodintolerance.com. They have a contact email (gmail account) which I did several times with NO response. Recontacted the U.K. and asked for a refund (because, as in their website, I am within my time limit) and was told it would be forwarded to management but haven’t received a confirmation. Only received a crusty response blah blah blah. (I kept and will keep all documentation) but I have already contacted my credit card company and, because I have all the pertinent information and proof, I will be getting my refund. Either they step up to the plate and refund me like their website states or shamely hide my honest review and move it to the very bottom like many site. To this, I will add that my credit card company is keeping a close eye on any suspicious transactions because of this. Will this survey really appear on their site ??? Or will it be hidden way way way on the bottom of truthful reviews. Either way …. I will be getting my refund and I honestly say: STAY AWAY. If you are Canadian and want your DNA going to a Canadian address …… DO MORE RESEARCH than I did (Amazon.CA)

I do this test every 6 months

I do this test every 6 months. I take the supplements it says and avoid what it says. I feel good. Prior to this I had gall bladder attacks, felt sick all the time and doctors suggested taking my gall bladder out. I'm glad I didn't do that. I recommend doing this test to maintain your health.

The communication is not good

The communication is not good. You need a help line to call. Takes forever to get an email response to questions asked. Trying to get answers regarding the Canadian site and why living in Canada we can't continue to send samples to the Toronto site.
I'm still waiting for results sent to the US site and it's been over 3 weeks. I would always get my results in 2 weeks from the date sent.

I have done this test a couple of years…

I have done this test a couple of years ago, I have a number of food related issues and health issues. Last time this was done, it gave me outstanding information that the doctors haven't even told me but were true to my situation. This time, only showing I have extreme reactions to only a couple of items doesn't seem right. My issues are getting worse as time goes on. Not sure why test came out this way this time.

Horrible

Horrible! I never got the kits. I think this is a scam. I called the phone number and emailed numerous times and no one has responded in weeks.

Order didn't arrive

Order didn't arrive. It seems like 6 months since I ordered and paid for this kit and it has not arrived, nor does anything show in my email except them asking for me to review them.
