Incredible service
The report was extremely thorough, with clear images and explanations written in easy-to-understand, layman's terms. Lee was great
Lee was great, he rang pre survey and talked us through it after we had been. We are moving close to the village he lives in so he even told us about the schools and what to do in the area, amazing, seemed like he really cared. Will definitely recommend Lee and Camsure Homes.

Highly recommend
All three of my house surveys have been carried out by Camsure Home Surveys, and my last two surveys were completed by Stephanie Furness.
Stephanie has been absolutely excellent throughout the process. She took the time to call me both before and after the survey to discuss any concerns I had and to explain any issues that needed consideration. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to answer my questions.

Excellent service from start to finish
I had a great experience from start to finish. Kirsty was brilliant when helping me arrange the survey. She was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure I was getting the right survey for my situation. As I’m buying a house that’s only 3 years old, she was honest about what I did and didn’t need and never once tried to sell me something unnecessary. Her approach was one of the main reasons I chose this company.
Lee was equally excellent. He called before the survey to see if there was anything specific I wanted looking at and made the whole process feel personal. The survey itself was detailed and thorough, and he was happy to go over any questions afterwards. Both Kirsty and Lee genuinely felt like they wanted the best outcome for me. I’ve already recommended the company to a family member and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

We apologise for the delay in issuing your report. On this occasion, the survey was selected for an additional internal review as part of our quality assurance process. While this is intended to maintain high standards, we recognise that we should have kept you better informed of the potential for delay, and we are sorry for the lack of communication.
In relation to the points raised regarding damp, a RICS Level 2 Home Survey is not a specialist damp investigation. However, our surveyor identified the presence of elevated moisture and visible mould, explained the likely causes, and provided clear, practical recommendations for further investigation and remedial action. This is in line with the scope of this type of inspection. We will however, take your comments on board as part of our ongoing quality improvements.
Regarding the external brickwork, we have reviewed the report and can confirm the condition of the walls in this area, including matters relating to retrospective damp-proofing works and general maintenance, was assessed and commented upon.
We do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to refine both our communication and reporting standards. If you would like us to review the report with you in more detail, please feel free to contact us directly.
