I’ve gone through Camp Leaders for the past three summers and honestly have nothing but positive things to say. Their customer service is exceptional as they go above and beyond to support participants before, during and after the program. The whole team is friendly, approachable and genuinely passionate about summer camp, which really shines through in everything they do.

Applying to work in the States can feel like a long and overwhelming process, but Camp Leaders handle all the tricky parts, making it so much easier. Whenever I had questions or needed help, I always received quick and efficient support, whether over the phone or via email.

Overall, their attention to detail and genuine care is something you can’t put a price on. I’ve had the three most amazing summers thanks to camp leaders & i couldn’t recommend them enough!

They’re always there for you

Camp leaders were so great in helping me with my application & visa requirements. Whenever I needed help, I would call and someone would be there to answer any questions I had or problems I faced. They were always friendly and efficient meaning I I could have the best summer this year.

Don’t trust camp leaders, they won’t be there for you when you get falsely removed from a camp they will abandon you in the US. Luckily I know travelling so I wasn’t abandoned but they will let u fend for yourself then charge you even more for getting falsely removed. Do NOT trust them.

Unlike other reviews that say this is a scam or something you pay for and you recieve something that was not expected, I would say Camp Leaders fulfills its purpose. Nothing of negative comments mentioned before happened. This agency is a good intermediary between the US (government and camp) and you. The attention given by them is perfect. I will give a recommendation: get more information about the camp you are about to head in, as it is really important to know where you are going. It is a hard job where you will be stressed and looking for kids a lot of time, but that is the experience itself. Other than that, Camp Leaders is reliable and I would recommend it.

I’ve used Camp Leaders Twice and they have never let me down! Everyone I have ever talked to from their company have been polite and enthusiastic, and whenever I had a problem regarding anything they always sorted it out promptly.

I had a really poor experience with Camp Leaders. Despite having a strong background in Scouts, Grade 8 piano, and extensive childcare experience, I was essentially told I wasn’t "skilled enough" for the program because I am 18 and female. It felt incredibly dismissive, especially considering how much I could have brought to a camp role and how much I've spent.

Communication was consistently difficult. Getting in touch with anyone was a challenge - emails went unanswered, and when I finally got someone on the phone, the call abruptly cut off. After that, I couldn’t get back in touch, which honestly felt like I was being avoided because the conversation was becoming uncomfortable.

Overall, I felt undervalued and written off, which was incredibly disheartening given how passionate I am about working with kids and being part of the camp experience. I wouldn’t recommend Camp Leaders based on how I was treated.

Absolutely top class my son was applying for his first time for Camp and Camp Leaders put him in contact with the ideal camp and he is looking forward to his first trip this summer. The support he has received has been excellent both on the telephone, by e-mail and through the website. The site is well laid out and gives step by step instructions that are really simple and easy to understand and he was able to navigate through the camp application process really well, something that can be really difficult if you don't know what you are doing. Really glad we found Camp Leaders and used them to facilitate his camp experience!

Pascal answered all my questions (even the silly ones :))) immediately. I highly recommend this agency!
