I was a little unsure if I should use this company as it has a few mixed reviews all I can say is positive experience from ordering to receiving it was 11 days,I had 4 emails telling me where things were so felt informed at all stages, very competitively priced all sealed in the box it arrived in,I would 100 percent recommend this company and will do so in the future, I just need time to st up and looking forward to years of memory's ,keep up the good work.

Bought a pz 16-35 shipping is in time. Lens good. Could have been slight more email updating there progress. Overall happy with it. Will do business with again.

After having initial concerns about using this company I decided to take a leap of faith with regards to ordering. With PayPal protection etc I felt a safety blanket over this if the camera I ordered didn’t arrive. However my doubts were soon cleared away when I got my order confirmation and shipping details within the 2 day window advertised for the order process.

I ordered a Nikon z8 camera on Wednesday 3rd March and by the Friday Morning, I had all details for the FedEx delivery, including tracking emails and an option to receive updates from FedEx directly. This completely eased the concerns as the comms etc were coming from a shipping company rather than a portal on the website (nothing wrong with that, but having the shipping co provide independent updates just feels like you know there is actually things going on).

After a delivery delay on FedExs part the item arrived well packaged and sealed still brand new. It arrived with the latest firmware on and after checking the Nikon website, was not awaiting a recall or anything. Ive had a quick go of the camera and it all works as expected.

Highly recommended - once I’ve paid this off I’ll no doubt be using Cameriz a lot more often.

Turned out to be fully legit and really impressive service. I bought an FX3 (order placed 6th March) and it arrived Monday 16th March. Given the camera was significantly cheaper than ordering from a UK supplier like Wex or CVP, and still way cheaper than buying a use one on Ebay, I ordered on credit card for added protection in case things went wrong or it turned out too good to be true.

How wrong I was. Cameriz had updates at every point in my order's journey. From order confirmation to order updates, preparing for shipping, dispatched, order arrived at European warehouse, uk warehouse, local depot, out for delivery - the number of updates provided real peace of mind.

The camera itself turned up in an unopened box, 0 shutter count, menus in English and everything as it should be. I would happily order from Cameriz again. Incredibly happy & pleased with the whole experience.

The only thing I can fault is the delay from purchase to delivery which took about 10 days but they make you aware of that on the website. So 5/5 from a very happy customer with a brand new lens.

I ordered a Tamron 35-150 which arrived after about a week and a half. It was indeed brand new and in perfect condition, and the wait was definitely worth it for the good discount.

I have bought a few items including 2 cameras and have no complaints at all.
The items I received were brand new and I was accepted by the makers when I registered it for warranty.

Good service but was told 2-3 days delivery which wasn’t true but how good their response was and how well packed the item was I’ve given a 5 star review.

I would advise updating customers better as when spending £1100 on a camera lens they can’t just leave it on your door step, I had to rush back from work to collect it.

Purchased a canon lens and is perfect came in original box and at half the price of what canon was selling it at very pleased with it with no shipping cost to buyer as well but would if possible pay for carridge if you need it fast but if you can wait then you will save a fortune on your products

Took 7 working days from ordering to delivery which was more than acceptable given it was £350 cheaper than other grey importers. They had included a UK figure of 8 cable with the camera, but there was actually a UK plug in the box - presumably as the camera originated from Hong Kong, where they use the same plug.

Would happily order from them again.
