Ive place an order on 23rd of March and it still hasn’t been shipped (31st March). I’ve got email a few days ago that my order „has been forwarded to the shipping lines and I can expect delivery within 3-5 business days”. after asking customer support for tracking number apparently my order hadn’t been even sent yet. The company have office in London so you think that you order from UK but no, apparently camera is shipped from Hong Kong. Everything feels so dodgy about this company, I prefer to pay extra £100-£200 and at least feel safe that I’m not getting scammed. Thanks gods ive paid with credit card so can easily cancel the order and safely get my money back

More update! It’s 8th of April and label is still created but not shipped 🙈 This whole experience has been a joke. it’s not an order for £20 that you can forget that you bought it, £1300 and I don’t have a clue what’s going on

Ordered Tamron 28-75mm and Sony 24mm 1.4 and both were delivered as per the provided timelines and both were completely new sealed boxes and working absolutely fine.

well I placed an order with this company after reviewing others and decided to take the plunge for a camera and specific lens due to price quoted, and having read previous feedback from others decided to give Cameriz a go, communication was brilliant and delivery was super quick within the timeframe given ,deal with confidence and i will have no hesitation in using this company again in the future , thanks one happy customer.

Very straightforward and positive buying experience.

This month ordered and received a Sony FE 16-35mm f2.8 GM II and Sony FE 24-70mm f2.8 GM II. Previously ordered Sony FE 300mm f2.8 GM (appear not to offer this anymore). All excellent. The orders are slow to get going, about five working days after order is placed. Then Fedex takes another two to get it out of HK. Things move faster then and my orders have all been delivered on the ninth working day after the order was placed. Excellent communication from Cameriz but frustratingly slow tracking by Fedex. Happy customer.

After searching for best pricing on a Nikon Z50ii I came across Cameriz. Reviews suggested that the company was reputable, and I can definitely confirm this now. I was kept informed all the way to delivery, which incidentally was earlier than expected. Packaging was sealed and perfectly new, albeit a Japanese market version with the reference guide enclosed confirming this. No problem, just a quick search on the Nikon website allowed me to download all documentation in English. I was also able to register my Dual Lens Kit product warranty with no issue whatsoever. I would wholeheartedly recommend Cameriz to anyone who might have any doubts in ordering from them.

I was skeptical at first but then decided to place my first order. Within a week I had my lens and I was delighted with my purchase.
I then placed a second order for a camera and one again, within a week, it was delivered.
Great communication throughout the experience.

Absolutely over the moon with my new Nikon macro Z lens. It was over £100 cheaper than other online retailers and the service was fantastic. I was kept up to date by email throughout the whole process.
I admit I was a bit sceptical about ordering from here but after reading the many excellent reviews, I decided to place an order. Delivery was 9 working days, the box was sealed and really well packaged.
I won’t hesitate to order from here again if I need anything else.

Brilliant service quick delivery

I’ve dealt with several of the less well-know camera and accessory companies but Cameriz has just proved to be the best.
I’d noticed a few negative comments online so was very cautious about dealing with a company I had no knowledge of.
But, considering the extremely attractive price being offered for a new Sony 16mm 1.8 G lens - and reasoning that, if my order was a disappointment, I could raise the issue with my credit card provider, I decided to go ahead.
Having ordered and paid for the lens, I realised that foolishly, I’d not checked on delivery, as the lens was needed for a shoot the following week.
I got in touch with Reshma in Customer Care, who responded immediately, asking for my deadline.
He ensured the lens was shipped out (from Hong Kong) the following day and it duly arrived yesterday, in time for the shoot.
I cannot be more positive regarding this purchase, which arrived by FedEx, in an original Sony sealed box and in perfect condition.
The lens has performed superbly and lived up to all my expectations.
Suffice to say that in future Cameriz will be my first port-of-call when searching for cameras, lenses or accessories.
Oh, yes, I can confirm there were no additional charges for duties or shipping.
I’m now one very happy photographer!

Update - Not long after I posted the initial review I received an email from the seller. Since then, communication and updates have been great and the package arrived in line with tracking details. My only slight issue now, is with the initial lack of communication/updates.
I would give zero stars if I could but I can’t. Placed an order on Monday 16 March. Payment taken immediately.
Received an email on Friday 20 March saying my order was on the way and would be delivered in 2-3 business days. So far so good.
Received tracking number (FedEx) which stated they were still waiting for the package. My Shop app showed delivery due Wednesday 25 March.
Today is Wednesday 25 March and my Shop app says delivery due today, however FedEx in Hong Kong say they are still waiting for the package to arrive. Do it hasn’t even reached the shipping company in Hong Kong yet.
Emailed Cameriz support and got no response, not even an acknowledgment. Tried to use the Chat on Cameriz website but it doesn’t work.
I will give until Friday for delivery before I start the process of claiming back through my credit card company.
