Ver bad! I ordered stickers and the quality was terrible!

SCAM!!!!

I wanted to print simple stickers. They emailed me and said the quality wasn't high enough and to reupload the file. I tried to upload a new file and every time the website failed to load. I tried emailing them several times with no answer. One time they emailed me in Spanish, even though I live in Germany. I asked MARY several times what size the file needed to be and she never answered. Then several days later she emails me that the order was cancelled and they gave me a code to reorder the stickers free of charge.

How on earth is this so complicated?? I print stickers all the time, mostly with Stciker Mule, but I decided to give them a chance. Never again. My stickers were never printed and worse of all the customer service is awful. They made no effort whatsoever to correct the problem.

Incredibly frustrating. Never never again. Use Sticker Mule, I always had really good experiences with them.

It's all a big scam – take care!

I cannot recommend this company since I’m still waiting for my refund of 4.887,08€ of my last order which was never completed.

I warn everyone to place an order at Camaloon. The company scammed several people a couple of months ago, before they deleted all of their former social media accounts.

Now they just changed the legal entity of their company and move on like nothing have happened. You should take care of what the brand has done and be responsible for it.

Or is that what Camaloon, the brand you bought, stands for? Ripping off people, changing the entity and just move on?I ask you again for the contact you acquire the brand from.

Please provide the contact of the company which is responsible for the liquidation of CAMALIZE. Since you bought the brand, website, contacts and so on from them I’m sure you know how to contact them - it’s easy as this. You are responsible, since you acquired a brand which scammed hundrets of people. So take care for what the brand has done. Help people like me to get our expanses covered - the only thing you have to do, is to share the contact you acquire the brand from.If you don't have to hide something, why don't you tell it?

I ordered badges as I had used these guys for a few years. this year the badges were awful, half fell apart, 25% of the order was n=missing, and though I paid shipping with the order, I had a £60 customs bill as they had not sent with enough shipping. I contacted through CS which is a waste of time. I will not use again

I had a couple of years of amazing service from these guys and then this year they did half an order (brilliantly) and never sent the second half. I see from the website they've gone bankrupt so I guess they were trying to keep going after the pandemic. Thanks for your hard work guys, and I'm sorry it ended so badly for you.

They take your money then disappear, customer service is fake and impossible to send them emails as they are sent back right away.

Run away from this site !!!! SCAM !!!! My order has never arrived and the customer service doesn't exist !!! I wrote million emails but I have never received an answer ! They don't even send you the receipt of the payment !

The quality of the products is poor, the customer service is non-existent and the shipping takes longer than advertised.

From the 6 t-shirts I bought, 1 came with a whole on it, and 3 others with the printing blurry, apparently it didn't dry enough before packaging.

I am receiving no answers from the company.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! they rob you blind! I ordered stickers that never came, they took my money plus the shipping and told me my order was being processed. After that I never received an update, I was supposed to get them last week of September and still nothing. I contacted them by chat and they were never available, send a million emails and never got a response, I even tried tracking the status or my order and the order does not even exist! PLEASE RUN FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Very disappointed with my experience with Camaloon. I made a bulk order for custom T shirts and paid for business shipping to have them delivered for a particular time. However, despite paying extra for business shipping the order was still shipped late and therefore arrived late. I attempted to contact them multiple times via their own website forms and on their twitter account but to this day I have received no communication from them whatsoever. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered multiple products to trial Camaloon to be my merchandise wesbite. The products arrived damaged and poor quality. I have attempted to contact Camaloon FIVE times via their live chat service, email and typeform and have had no response. I believe this company to be a scam and I advice you not to use them. Happy to discuss futher/answer questions.

I placed an order and was told it would be delivered 16th to 22nd of August and it still hasn't arrived. I sent an email asking for an update on the 21st of August and they haven't even bothered to get back to me. This was a birthday present for my son and it hasn't arrived in time for his birthday!!!

Over two months for delivery. No contact or apology made by Camaloon. Will not be purchasing again or recommending to colleagues or family. Order date: 23rd May Delivery date: July 19th. This order was just 10 items which is worrying should I have ordered a larger quantity.

I received my products without delay. Really happy with my bags and especially the printing! Great help from the salesperson I was in contact with.

I worked with a gentleman as my account manager in ordering large amounts of mugs for my customers. I was delighted with the services' efficiency and the product's quality. I will highly recommend camaloon as it makes life easier

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! COMPLETE SCAM. ORDERED A TSHIRT WITH A LOGO PRINTED, ON THE DAY IT SHOULD ARRIVE THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY DIDNT HAD THE SIZE REQUESTED, ASKED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND, ONE MONTH AFTER. THEIR SUPPORT STOPPED REPLYING TO THE EMAILS.
