Disgraceful customer service

Disgraceful customer service when returning a item. They have the cheek to take $5.00 for the return and take more money as a bonus with out advising. Contact CK customer service and they are rude and very unhelpful. Would not answer questions and staff member would talk over me constantly. Contact their head office, PVH corp and no response as yet. They ripped me off, I am sure they are doing it to others and no way of getting it back via the company. Its fraudulent.

Dispatch and shipping service is a…

Dispatch and shipping service is a garbage...
I have bought for my first time online on Black Friday (last Sunday).
It's been 4 business days since I purchased and I have no sign of my order being shipped.
I don't accept excuses as they don't have even a tracking code.
They cannot blame the shipping company.
Shame!
The products are awesome, high quality... I love them..
The online service is garbage.
