I've had it for several months now. I will admit I was originally a bit nervous to order this because of some of the negative reviews and it was coming from China. Ai had confirmed some people received a good device while others got a "dud" and I wasn't sure which one I was getting. Luckily, I got a good one! It works great, no issues. The heat is very good, very hot. It does relieve neck pain. I have multiple neck issues - disc degeneration, arthritis, lordosis, herniated discs and pinched nerves. Yes, my neck is a mess! lol I really needed a good neck massager. So glad I got the Callixe Thera Pillow and thankfully, it has no issues.

Mhariel was the support professional who assisted me, and she is fantastic! Callixe does not necessarily send out USB adapters with every order, which was my concern as I have gifted the Callixe devices and plan to gift more in the future. This was a concern as I would like the recipient to receive an adapter. I understand this will not occur each time and learned this from Mhariel, who was very helpful. She represents Callixe very well and was very professional, prompt and provided great customer service.

While the pillow itself is nice and provides some relaxation, the Calixe customer service was extremely disappointing. My mother accidentally bought a second pillow. She was told she could return it for a refund but had to pay for shipping. The pillow was returned and receipt was verified by UPS. I emailed several times. First stating the pillow was on the way. Second stating it had been returned providing the tracking info and inquired about the refund. I emailed 2 subsequent times with NO response. We are out the cost of the pillow, original and return shipping fees and we don’t even have the product. Additionally they claim to be a local small family business in San Diego. If that’s the case why did they instruct me to send the product to an East coast address? The packing materials were sub par. Plastic taped around the product. Not even an official shipping bag or box. Disappointed and out money. An unfortunate experience.

UPDATE: I provided the requested info which is the same info I provided in emails in January through March. Still waiting and hoping for th e refund.

Meena was the young lady I was corresponding with the whole time and she was absolutely efficient in every way. Her emails back to me were lightning fast. She made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and met. She went the extra mile all the way until I was satisfied. I was so impressed with her courtesy. Meena made sure that no stone was unturned throughout the entire time she was assisting me with a return I was trying to accomplish. I am thoroughly convinced that Meena is a good rep for her company and should be commended for her many efforts immediately and in the future as she grows within the ranks. Thank you for the opportunity to elevate her.

This is not a review of the product as I didn't use it beyond 30 seconds. This 5 stars is for Customer service for their quick response and professionalism. The product did not work for me because I prefer more of a massage than a pulsing sensation. I experience pounding headaches when my neck is sore and this pillow has movement similar to a shake and that wouldn't work for me. Meena in the Customer Service department was very understanding and helped me with the return.

From the first time I used it, I could tell a huge difference. I was having neck and shoulder pain, It was difficult to sleep. So when I received my Callixe I used it for 30 minutes. No pain when I laid down and had the best nights sleep. Now I use it 15 minutes before I go to bed, trust me the pain was so bad, I was thinking about going and getting an injection, something I’ve never done. BUT Callixe help me so much that getting an injection is not even an option now!! I LOVE my Callixe!! Worth the dollars I spent! Especially since I’ve thrown away so much money on pillows that are useless.

To be fair the best part of my experience with this product was the Customer service provided by "Meena" who was helpful and polite and allowed me to return my Thera Pillow for a full refund . I would not however recommend this product to anyone diagnosed with tech neck /occipital neuralgia which only worsened on use.

Is it "working?" I think that's the biggest issue. It certainly can be pleasant to use the pillow and let it run its cycle (though given all the adverts say "15 minutes a day" the cycle should be 15 minutes, not 30 - or offer a choice and let people choose 15 or 30), but I don't know if it's actually helping to re-train the neck muscles and vertebrae back to the correct curve and help with neck hump - and that's the entire point of the device. It feels to me as though the traction doesn't hold nearly long enough to actually do any good. Most of the pillow is just various vibrations and heat. There is no actual soft tissue work/massage, and I'm unsure that vibrations are really accomplishing anything. To be honest, I think the pillow should probably have about 3/4 less vibration, and focus more on the heat and traction, and there really should be a gentle soft tissue massage component. The cycle itself should be different, focusing on heat and [vibration/massage] early on, and then focusing on heat/traction once the nerves and muscles have been relaxed by the vibration/massage. A regular cycle that just repeats itself doesn't seem to be as useful as something like the above would be.

I decided to try this as both neck hump prevention, and also cervicogenic headache and migraine prevention. Is it doing any of that? *shrug* I suspect it's not. At least it hasn't *triggered* a cervicogenic headache, which was my one fear when I started using it.

It's not an unpleasant experience, using the pillow, but, as stated in the title, I'm not sure it's actually DOING anything at all.

I was skeptical because I first saw the neck therapy pillow in an ad in the middle of a word game. But it looked interesting so I checked it out on other sites. Thousands of 5 star reviews. I took a chance.
It is an amazing tool. I especially like the stretching action. I feel like I have been to the chiropractor after the half hour session.
In addition, they have real people backing their product. I had a shipping issue and Meena from customer support was extremely patient and helpful. I had an immediate human response and she stayed with me until the issue was resolved.

Mharial responded to my problem and provided a solution in a timely manner. I appreciated the help.

After receiving my purchased product it was not something that worked well enough for me and, when I reached out to customer service about returning it for a refund, Meena was very prompt in responding. She was professional, pleasant, and very helpful in getting the return information to me and then my refund approved quickly. Excellent customer service!

I had an issue, operator error🤣but i thought my product quit working. I was going through a very rough couple of days and sent multiple emails. Ugh.

This company advertises 90-day money-back guarantee. I had mine for less than 2 weeks and I wanted to ship back so I contacted the company. I was given a runaround with a thousand questions of why I didn't like it and what I needed to do to think it would be better to change it. I did ship back although I did not ship back to the location that they wanted as I found out after. I supplied them with shipping labels and all the info and they were still uncooperative. I am now taking this up with my bank. Buyer beware false advertising on money back guarantee being so easy and substandard product

The Callixe neck: the vibration and massage along with heat gently helps to ease the deep seated pent up pain due to discs in my neck that are dissolving. The traction has helped to put space between the discs and ease the pressure off the nerves that are becoming unprotected due to the dissolving issue. Will it cure my issue, no, but it eases the constant pain I have lived with for many years. But you have to use it regularly to help with the pain. I use it in the morning first thing, as I always wake with pain. Sometimes I do 2 rotations of 30 minute when I awaken and again when I go to bed. It's during those times when the pain is at its highest. I do still need my narrcotic medication during the day but less. Now I am saving the dollars needed to buy the lower back unit, as those discs have cracked with bulging nerves. Hopefully I will be able to purchase that in a few months if there are no emergencies requiring me to used my meager savings.
