Nice massage but doesn’t hold a charge
I liked the pillow and massage. The problem is that it did not hold the charge. At first I got two massages from one charge. Then after a few days use, I could only get one massage before needing to recharge. Customer service was responsive but suggested that injas not uses the pillow properly which was not the case. Then then asked me to make a video of the different uses. No thank you. It was returned but, despite the fact that the product was defective, I was on the hook for the return shipping charges.

I can’t imaging sleeping without this…
I can’t imaging sleeping without this pillow. When it arrived I was sure that it was too low and would not work. I gave it a try and was delighted with the results. I have slept well and without neck pain for over three months now.

This company is a complete fraud
This company is a complete fraud. I purchased three items—one for myself, one for my mom, and one for my husband. After trying mine, I was not impressed. I decided to keep one item and return the other two.
I followed their return instructions and sent the two items back to their address. They asked me to provide a tracking number, but unfortunately I misplaced it while rushing to work after I sent the package. I then asked if they could verify the return using my name and the same address they originally shipped to, which should have been a simple request. They said they would look into it.
It has now been over three months, and I still have not received any refund or meaningful update. At this point, I feel like I’ve lost my money for nothing. I would strongly advise others not to do business with this company.

give it time, it works
I have to admit when I first started using this pillow it was painful. My neck was a mess, my range of motion was small, the pain in the top of my back was constant. I stuck with it, using the pillow every night. Gradually the pain at the base of my neck diminished and my neck rotation has improved. I am more aware of my posture. Now I use it occasionally when I'm feeling stiff and enjoy the massage.

This is a fantastic neck massage machine
This machine is terrific. I have had a bad neck since the 1970's after a car accident. The strength of this massage machine is very firm, so I have to be careful and not over due my treatments. I was very pleased at how fast my order arrived!

My order is: CAL85114 - I have returned the product and ABSOLUTELY no response from the company and no refund. Below they claim they can't find my original order...how convenient. Again, my order is CAL85114.
Do not purchase from this company. The product they are selling is not worth the $$. The shipping times are very long. And if by any chance you need to return the product (like me) it is impossible to get a refund or any type of prompt response that is not from a BOT. I returned the product and the return was not acknowledged. I have solicited my refund multiple times and have yet to even get a response. Buy from a more reputable company like Homedics.

Ordered Callixe Thera Pillow - not delivered.
Ordered the Thera Pillow on Feb. 25, 2026 as of March 1, the item was supposedly still being shipped. As of March 11, 2026 no pillow had been delivered. Contacted USPS about delivery and was informed that they had tracked the pillow to Tennesee where it was delivered to an address there. Two labels were on it. I live in NH. Contacted Callixe on phone line. After explaining situation, the operator stated it would be delivered tomorrow or by end of week, then cut me off. As of 3/15/26 no product delivered, no further company notifications. Contacted credit card and having payment dispute filed on payment. Very poor service from Callixe.

GREAT product and GREAT customer service!
Contrary to some of the negative reviews, customer service so far has been excellent! I purchased a neck pillow, but the wall plug was faulty. I emailed support and almost immediately got a response from Meena. She asked me to send a short video (which showed the faulty plug), and right away I was assured that the replacement has been shipped. And the pillow itself, so far, has been wonderful. I've used it three times, and my neck no longer hurts and has more range of motion. I have now purchased two more pillows for friends of mine.

Great neck product
I love this massaging pillow with heat. it has two settings that run a half hour each, one of the settings has Heat and it actually raises your spine in your neck with compression for just a few seconds numerous times and has vibrating massages throughout the whole neck area. the other setting does not have heat and is a powerful vibrating massage throughout your whole neck area, it's more powerful and relaxing than I expected, I just love it so much that I bought two of them. It really helps keep my forward head and neck posture more straight

I couldn’t ask for anything more!
I have a medical issue that I was hoping would not interfere with my ability to use this product, unfortunately, it did. What a shame because I loved it, it just caused pain due to my condition. I sent an email asking for a refund and received a very quick answer with return information, no questions asked. All correspondence was very pleasant and I was even reminded that my 90 days was soon running out and to try to get the return in transit within the week so I wouldn’t miss out. I couldn’t ask for anything more from the product or the service.
