Tweeking suggestion about packaging.
This was the perfect gift , but the gift box that it comes in, is cute but maybe skip the ribbon and use a silk like bag to put it inside of the box. It would seem personal . The two plastic bags it came in were over kill in my opinion. But the quality of the piece was worth the value. Thanks again.

Very light and flimsy
I ordered what I mistakingly thought was a SILVER necklace. It arrived, but was gold plated. I was told it was my error as it is silver with gold plate.
I wanted to return for a refund but kept being told it was customised so as it wasn't faulty I could return at 70% and pay return costs.
These are not "customised " as it was just a birthstone necklace, nothing else. Very light and flimsy.
In the end I had to negotiate a 40% refund and was told to keep the item which is of no use to me.
I have ordered 2 other items in the past (not jewellery) and been happy with my purchases.
Will not be ordering from them again.
