Perfection

How am I suppose to review something I never recieved? I even sent a message regarding not receiving, asking for the product& no refund i just want what I ordered, ans yall didn't even respond to me. So at this point give me refund since your not responding so I can go buy elsewhere for my brother's grave.

This is such a friendly helpful…

This is such a friendly helpful company. I was very confused and muddled my order, wrong spellings, they sorted it, no hastle or drama. They've got so many ideas for gift giving, and I've got boxes ticked in my head for more pending orders. I'm so pleased I've found them.

Tweeking suggestion about packaging.

This was the perfect gift , but the gift box that it comes in, is cute but maybe skip the ribbon and use a silk like bag to put it inside of the box. It would seem personal . The two plastic bags it came in were over kill in my opinion. But the quality of the piece was worth the value. Thanks again.
