Great cakes. Thought id try and see how the cakes tasted and lasted and how the delivery went as may order for a wedding. Came next day ,3 days later they were still as good. 7 day use by date . Well packaged and beautifully decorated. Will definitely be using in the very near future.

I was order my cake and when I cuted inside cake hair and I was calling this company refund my money they told me okay but they didn’t receive my money it was my birthday I was cry horrible cake inside hairrrrrrr …. Send my money back ..

No surprise here looking back at all the other reviews. It’s clear that this company don’t really care neither they are professionally enough to even respond to some of the reviews. We ordered a Birthday cake It was a special 18th birthday However that’s irrelevant. Every birthday is special and the cake is the icing of any birthday so as you can imagine it ruined the whole experience. It’s a shame because the cake actually tasted okay however it turned up like it had been through war and back which isn’t good enough when you’re spending a premium with these guys. And clearly they don’t respond to any refunds and they over promise and claim they will give a discount. I am not going to even bother requesting that simply because reading the other reviews they have just messed people about and ignored people when people are chasing refund and discount vouchers If this business is going to last they need to address this matter as soon as possible that people special occasion cakes are coming all messed up and damaged. I won’t be just posting this review on Google. I will be leaving it on every single social site possible I have friends that have millions of followers. I will also be telling them to share this. Hopefully this will help everybody else that I’ve used this business and received the same zero quality service.

I ordered my daughters birthday cake weeks before (15th November) for delivery 28th November as my daughters birthday is 29th the night before I get an email to say it’s on its way, 8 hours later I get an email to say “there’s been an unexpected delay”so it won’t arrive on the scheduled date but they’d let me know when they have more updates. I rang Caker street, no answer so left a voice message asking someone to contact me at 9am , I then emailed them, left an enquiry all stating on the automated response that someone would get back to me soon… 24 hours later I’m still waiting… no cake, no communication… I’m appalled at the total lack of customer service care and not to mention a £110 cake!!! You should be ashamed of yourselfs for the lack of care, customer service. Quick enough to take a customers money for nothing I might add, but not so quick to pick up the phone or respond.

I was really worried after reading the reviews , especially as there was no way of contacting the company to see if the cake order was recieved , and then worst off actually going to be delivered . Well wow ! The cake was somlucj better than the picture ! Arrrived on time , perfect ! Will defo order again - thank you

Cake arrived in a terrible state! Had been packaged well, so there was no excuse. If your customers keep telling you the cakes are arriving damaged, then why are you using the same delivery company?
We had no choice but to use the cake, and it tasted awful! We ended up throwing it in the bin.
I hate leaving such a terrible review, but people should avoid this company, and not have their special days ruined.
We have the video of us opening the box if anyone needs to dispute this post!!

It was the most disappointing experience I had in my life! I have ordered my daughter’s birthday cake to arrive on Friday 08/11/2024 I was all day at home to receive it in time,when I received the delivery notification I tracked it and it showed a completely different address,I spent 30 min with the customer service agent to try to get hold of the driver and redivert it.after all the hassle he came back picked it up and delivered it to A Mailbox that again I cannot locate,I was left in tears and frustration as I was really short of time to place another order!! I ended up getting a Tesco cake for the celebration . I have been at least in touch with the delivery depot and customer service (they never pick up the phone or reply to voicemail,you have to spend at least 6 hours on redialling) each agent seem not to be aware of the issue and not taking notes and have to repeat myself for each call,I received an Email (looks from India where they are located and said that I should resolve it with the delivery company I have never received a refund ! Avoid this company

Dreadful experience- cake arrived on correct date but with WRONG name on and was damaged in box. Ordered for a graduation - totally unusable. Cake itself was half cooked (gluten free option chosen - no confirmation on box that it was GF) and looked like it had been iced by a child. Cost £117.97. Nothing like the photos - these are all just stock photos from Internet- not produced by Caker Street at all. The company offered a 30% refund, despite the cake being inedible and unusable because of wrong name and damage. After dozens of messages, emails and calls, I have still not received a penny back 5 weeks later. They just do not respond now. Avoid this company.

They sold foam to me as a cake and blocked my number after promising partial refund. Issue is you can’t make half my cake foam and promise to refund 20% then block my number without paying back. Your integrity is very sketchy

Excellent customer service. We’re able to cater for a change request no problem. Beautiful cake. Taste so even better than it looked. Was wary of getting it delivered by courier but arrived well packaged and wa an in perfect condition. Would highly recommend! Thank you!
