Happy customer
I was worried my Christmas sugar decorations wouldn’t come in time after seeing a few bad reviews of long delivery times and was very sceptical of delivery as the tracking number doesn’t work (also seen on other reviews). I contacted the company to check the estimated delivery date and Kev replied quickly and looked into it immediately for me. My package arrived before he’d even had chance to track it, and I’m very impressed with the quality of the product and the timely delivery. I would 100% order from here again and was very impressed with their customer service and product.

Extremely poor customer service and…
Extremely poor customer service and returns.
The item I received was unfortunately not suitable for my requirements in the end. I tried calling to return the item several times, it just kept ringing out. I then emailed them to return. I received a reply to return the item via Royal Mail. I’ve done this. Says it was received and signed for by them on the 16th November. I’ve received no acknowledgement of them receiving it, nor have I received my refund.
Please be vigilant with ordering from this company.

Poor customer service for broken item
Ordered 3 items. 2 arrived perfectly but tub of sprinkles was already broken and bagged up in the box so obviously put in there broken.
Emailed company but no response a week later. Poor customer service.
