Absolutely awful customer service!! Ordered a ring and it didn’t fit so I returned it in exchange for a gift card. The package arrived yet there was no update on the portal and the customer service is no help as it is AI bot. I have been waiting a while for a response which baffles me since the package has been returned and there is proof of this so why there is no issuance of my gift card? I know based off the other reviews this a common practice and they will respond now with a generic response that is automated. It has been beyond frustrating, I hope I can just get my gift card and be done with this brand. It really seems like a scam, since so many people have had issues with returns.

I recently ordered jewelry from Cainté and unfortunately missed the pickup email, which meant my package was returned.
Annika from the Cainté team was incredibly kind and helpful. She responded quickly and arranged for my order to be reshipped free of charge. I truly appreciate her understanding and excellent service.

My chain broke like first week. I was so sad I reached out to customer service and they said send a pic of it, which I did. Before I could follow up they shipped out my current chain that hasn't left my neck in at least a year. Extemely happy with their product and customer service. The service rep over email couldn't be more helpful, responsive and understanding! Very nice

Bought a ring for my boyfriend as a Christmas present, which he unfortunately did not like. Even though the time limit of a return had passed, Annika over on customer service was quick to help me out and secure an exchange for a different ring. I was met with patience and compassion throughout the correspondence even when I was slow to reply. It is by far the most helpful and accommodating customer service I have experienced, and Annika really went above and beyond!
10/10 recommend and I hope that Annika receives a raise, a cake or a couple of beers at the next after work. Preferably all of them!

Be careful they don’t accept returns. Bought a few gifts weeks before Christmas; tried to return two of them after Christmas but it is impossible. Only an email robot answers you, and they promise you to help.

I also had a very bad experience with them and I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased an item from them in October and returned it in November because I wasn’t satisfied with the purchase, especially considering they charge a extra return fee. Since then, I’ve received no updates and no refund at all.
I sent countless emails. At first, they replied saying there was a delay in processing returns due to a busy period, and then they completely stopped responding. I followed up throughout the entire month of December and January, eventually the tracking number no longer appears in their system. The worst part is that the last time they replied, they claimed they had never received or processed my return.
Never again. And judging by the reviews on this platform, I’m clearly not the only one. This feels like a complete scam.

⭐ 1 star – No delivery & no communication
I purchased a Cainte watch that I had much trouble with for same reasons lack of communication difficulty in returns and overall poor care and later ordered and paid form additional links on 12 January because the original watch was too small. I was advised at checkout that the extra links would be delivered within 3–5 business days.
Several weeks later, the links have still not been delivered, there is no updated tracking information, and multiple emails have gone unanswered, including a clearly marked final notice.
At this stage, the issue is not just the delay but the complete lack of communication. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this directly and received no response.
I am now in the process of escalating the matter through my payment provider due to non-delivery of goods. This is extremely disappointing, especially for what appears to be a premium brand.
I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I returned my order over a month ago. The company has confirmed receipt, and I can also see that the package arrived at their warehouse on December 22. Despite this, I have still not received my refund, even though I also paid for the return shipping label.
Initially, I was informed that the refund could take up to 15 business days. When that time passed without any update, I contacted customer service again and was told that my case had been forwarded to a “special team.” After that, they stopped responding to my emails entirely. When I reached out again, the exact same thing happened.
I keep receiving the same generic responses about my case being escalated, but no actual assistance and no refund. This is completely unacceptable. The company has received the returned item and owes me the money for order #121097.
Very disappointed with the handling of this case and the lack of communication.

I ordered a bracelet which I wanted to return. However, I never received a return label — only a discount code, which is not an acceptable replacement for a refund. Since then, my emails have been completely ignored. The only place where the company responds is on Trustpilot, but without actually resolving the issue.
As a result, I am unable to return the item and am now stuck with a loss of €80. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise against ordering from this shop if you expect fair customer service or a functioning return process.

I requested a refund almost 2 months ago. It took numerous emails to finally receive a return label (paid by the customer). However, despite the DHL tracking clearly showing successful delivery, they say their warehouse has no record of the returned jewelry, and they haven't processed my refund.
The entire process has been frustrating – mainly automated template emails stating refunds would be processed within 15 working days from the day the return arrives, but they refuse to acknowledge receipt.
Customer support stopped responding after I asked them to double-check the DHL tracking information.
Horrible customer experience and the refund process.
CAINTÈ does not honor its stated return policy! Avoid this company!

UPDATE- Cainte got back to me and resolved my issue. They apologised for the delay. All is well.
I’ve been trying to return my item to them for weeks and have sent multiple emails. I did receive one email back saying that I would receive a payment link (as I have to cover return costs) however I’ve had nothing since.
I can see that most of their negative reviews are based on their lack of response for customer returns.
Cainte, please respond to me. It’s such a simple return request!

I ordered a ring from this company as a Christmas present. The item arrived slightly later than the stated time frame but still in time for Christmas. The ring is as shown on the website and a lovely, good quality piece. However the size is wrong. I emailed to start the return process on December 28th and still, almost one month later have not been able to return the item. To their credit I was offered a voucher as a means of apology, I had intended to repurchase the item in the correct size but now I am very hesitant. If this is how a simple return is dealt with I am very skeptical that any issues falling under the warranty would be resolved at all.

Ordered a chain for Christmas. Received it and it was more cheaply made than expected. Initiated a return with the company. Never heard back - reported fraud with my credit card, they immediately responded and offered a $30 credit. Opted out of the credit. Requested a label for return, and the company denied. the company is making me pay for the return after a month of trying to return the product. Horrible customer service, would not recommend the products for quality or experience. Will never order here again or recommend to family or friends.
