I went to order a ring in size 54, but despite adding that one to the cart, the website glitched and changed the ring size to 60! I only noticed when I tried on the ring and it was too big. I ended up discovering the issue since I was sure I didn't click 60 and found the issue. After I emailed info@ (with a screen recording of the website issue), customer service was nice enough to promptly send me the correct size which arrived a few days later.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. My package has been stuck in Oslo for over 3 weeks, far beyond the expected 5-day delivery time, and the postal service now considers it lost. I contacted the sender, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering from this seller.

I placed an order over two weeks ago for a gift and have had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with.
The tracking showed the parcel stuck in the same sorting centre since February 4th. Every time I contacted CAINTÈ, I received generic responses repeating that it was “in transit” and that it had been “escalated.” Nothing actually happened.
I eventually contacted DHL myself and was told the parcel is being returned to the sender, something CAINTÈ never informed me about.
On top of that, it is impossible to speak to a real human. Every response is AI automated, scripted, and completely disconnected from the actual issue. I’ve asked for proper assistance and clarity, but I’m clearly just speaking to bots.
No proactive communication, no transparency, no resolution.
If you value clear communication and reliable delivery, I would strongly reconsider ordering.
