Worse app ever!!!! Definitely not user friendly and it’s impossible to settle anything through the chat. Either u r disconnected after going through the verification process a million times. I tried resolving the fact it would not let me withdrawal. Kept saying I need to verify again! When I clicked on that it would take me to a page not found!!! Can’t even count how many times I tried doing that and I connected them over 20 times in 3 days and nothing! SCAM SCAM SCAM. (The issue will be escalated and should be resolved within half hour or chat just drops!!! Would never ever recommend And as u can see they reply by telling u to contact customer service again.

Such a scam
Such a scam. They tout such a great bonus so I deposited $100 and received a $200 bonus. After the fact come to find out you need to spend $12,000 before you can even get any money and you have a week to do this before it expires. So if you decide to sign up for a GREAT bonus you better read the fine print. I wish I could have gotten my deposit back and walked away.

The chances of winning anything is terrible, the "rewards" program isn't anything anymore, no matter how long you've been a customer or what level you are in ranking you still dont get anything from it.
