Ordered two items

Ordered two items. The first item was very deceptive in its presentation. It was shown as physical frames hanging above a crib, but ended up being just digital copies of the images in the frame. The second item was a onesie which was never shipped over two weeks after purchase, and not expected to ship for a month and a half prior to purchasing. They were rude and unwilling to refund the digital images, even though I had not yet downloaded them. There’s plenty of other baby boutiques out there, this isn’t the one to give your business.

We do our very best to be as transparent as possible when listing digital items—for example, this product is titled “Country Club Cuties Bundled Digital Nursery Wall Art | Green” and is described as digital artwork in the product details. We’re sorry for any confusion caused.
Regarding your onesie, we know how important timing is, especially for baby items. We do provide backorder and shipping timeframe details on the product page (just below the size selection) as well as in the order confirmation email, so customers can plan accordingly, but we’re truly sorry this timeline felt unclear.
We also want to sincerely apologize if any of our previous communication came across as anything less than kind or helpful, that’s never our intention, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention.

In 2020 I ordered some beautiful…

In 2020 I ordered some beautiful products from this company. Just recently, I ordered a personalized swaddle. I understand it is personalized, and non-refundable, but what I am here to say is that the quality is TERRIBLE on this product. It is flimsy and cheap polysester, all white on one side. The print is very dull and the product looks like garbage. I spent $40 plus tax and shipping on this one item. VERY DISAPPOINTED in their new "quality"

Spectacular Customer Service

I made my first purchase this past Sunday for a baby shower and later realized I ordered an item which was back ordered and would not arrive in time. I sent a email to customer service and received a response immediately that my request would be reviewed. I then was contacted by Caitlin who helped me exchange for an item which could ship out immediately and have it in time for the shower. Very impressed with the quick service I received and on a Sunday! I really thought the soonest I would be contacted by customer service would be Monday.

After placing an order on Sunday…

After placing an order on Sunday evening, I come to work the next morning and found out that my coworker ordered the same exact item for a baby shower and it was already shipped to her house. I emailed customer service and I cant tell you on fast they were able to resolve my problem. Amazing!

Great customer service

I love all Caden Lane purchases. I made a mistake today and ordered 2 of the same item & the wrong size in a different item and they so graciously refunded the money to my account & adjusted the size for me.
Great & helpful customer service.
Love the cutest personalized items as well!

What a lovely company!

What a lovely company! Their communication and helpfulness is above and beyond. I inadvertently put the incorrect address to ship the most adorable baby gifts. I sent the correct information by email and by the next morning, it was fixed with personal email back to me. The products were exactly what I was looking for to send to my niece. So many choices too!

I really wanted the new forest plaid…

I really wanted the new forest plaid blanket for our upcoming baby boy, but could not tell what green tie knot gown would match. So Caden lane sent me 3-4 options of greens next to the blanket in order to get the perfect match! Absolutely amazing costumer service!!

My Favorite Baby Clothes!

I have been ordering baby items from Caden Lane since my daughter was expecting my first grandchild. The quality is amazing! I still order toddler pajamas for my grandson. We now have a beautiful granddaughter, and her drawers are full of Caden Lane items. Customer service is top notch! Extremely pleased with everything I've ever bought from this wonderful company. Highly recommend!!

I purchased from Caden Lane & somehow I did a double order for the same items. We had alot of correspondence between us & it was so easy to work with them. I certainly will give them my business.

I prevoiusly purchased from Caden Lane and again just recently. What brought me back was the integrity & honesty of the people that own & run the company. The commitment to their customers on the quality of their products, their shipping & return policies & customer service is 5 star. They are a pleasure & very easy to work with especially if their is an issue with a return or shipping & etc.

I have bought 3 personalized blankets…

I have bought 3 personalized blankets for each of my grandchildren when they were born and the quality has been above and beyond! I experienced an issue with one of my items and the support was amazing and quick! Love this little company and would recommend them highly!!!

Deceptive unpersonalized “final sale” items

This company is very deceptive. I ordered an item specifically WITHOUT personalization as the product page and the general return policy indicated that personalized items are not eligible for return. (obvious and no issue there. That makes sense).

Upon trying to return the UNPERSONALIZED item (did not like the color), customer service indicated that the item I purchased was FINAL SALE. This was not indicated while making the order. This was also not indicated while the item was put into the cart. At no point was it made apparent that the item was final sale.

So I contacted customer service and they said that it was indicated on the email confirmation AFTER the item was paid for and purchased. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a scammy and shady company before.

They should be ashamed to take advantage of expecting and new mothers.

Gift wrapping with no gift inside??

I ordered a custom blanket, matching sleeper and gift wrapping for $8.00. Had it shipped directly to a friend. They shipped all 3 pieces separately! The gifts weren’t in the gift wrapping! What??? What good is gift wrapping sent separately with no gift inside? Then they refused to refund the gift wrapping!! I’m extremely disappointed. Absolutely zero presentation of my expensive gift. I will not order again.

Cute products and Amazing customer service

I ordered an item that was on back-order and didn’t realize but the team was able to assist my query very quickly and they switched my item to a different one within 1 business day!
This is not my first time ordering from Caden Lane and I am always so happy with the products! Their customized stuff is the cutest!!!

They take very long to respond

They take very long to respond. And when I did, they said they were on vacation. Now my order is on backorder will not be shipped until the end of May. That is ridiculous. The baby will not be able to wear the thing I ordered it was supposed to be for a newborn. I’m hoping to get a refund.

The Caden Lane products are top quality…

The Caden Lane products are top quality and so cute, and the customer service is superb! I accidently put the wrong size in when ordering pajamas for my grandson, and placed the order. After realizing my mistake, I emailed customer service to see if I could have the size changed. The response was almost immediate. They were so friendly and accommodating, and I am so grateful!

I had such a great experience with Caden Lane! Their customer service is truly amazing, super responsive, kind, and helpful every step of the way. And the bamboo pajamas? Absolutely incredible!
