Absolutely brilliant and nothing short of exceptional service from CA cars. James Bingley went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I needed. Kept me informed throughout on what was a tricky situation for me.
It really felt a personalised service from a friend. James is a credit to CA cars. What's surprised me was that he'd only been with the company for 4 weeks. I'm pretty sure CA cars recognise good employees and I'm sure he'll no doubt further his career if he continues providing the excellent service he has.

The whole process was very fast and efficient, everything was clearly explained throughout. I am extremely satisfied with the way everything was handled.

I had a car from this company when i started on a trainee license and i ran into some issue, just to point out it wasn't ca cars. but Deborah was extremely helpful and couldn't thank her enough for making a process i dreaded to deal with extremely quick and easy. should i enter the industry again i will definitely be returning to ca cars.

Can’t thank them enough, caught of guard with car, I called them and talked to the lovely Deborah she instantly helped me get a duel controlled car the same day. I was pretty impressed to be honest.

Purchased a new car I am really happy with the service. I was dealing with Carla she was very helpful from the initial inquiry and upto delivery of vehicle. She is very helpful and always replies your messages. She chased up the spare key and had it delivered next day. Very happy. Thanks for all your help.

Here's my most noteworthy points from using this company for 4 years

1. They will give you the lease car for the arranged fee.

2. I'm not sure how to avoid receiving a fee after returning their courtesy car. I returned it as clean as it was given to me, however they charged me valet fees.

3. The one time I ever called their out of hours line, at 1930 on a weekday, I was told to "stop calling this number", and they didn't help me whatsoever.

4. Took 3 months and 8 emails from me to get them to initiate an insurance claim.

5. Of course they have to charge for repairs needed when a car is returned, however £2000 seems an awful lot for a couple of extremely light scratches.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at CA Cars . This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to,Deborah Snedden. Not only was she extremely genuine, but also a true professional.

Unbeatable prices! When I bought my first car from C A Cars my local Toyota dealership asked me why I didn’t purchase from them. When I showed them the price they said that they couldn’t get anywhere near the discount I was given.

Having been with this company on and off more on than off for 10 years. I was very disappointed with Debbie Greasley & her attitude towards me. Needless to say I lease a car from CA Cars this gives you zero right to call me and make personal remarks and comments about my private business. Nothing came of the event Debbie as I explained to you, it wouldn't but you were still rude after that point.
I will never use this company again because of you.
