If I could add photos to this review I would just screenshot the email thread so you could see for yourself the way they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The ordering process was very smooth, the chair was shipped on time and arrived in great condition. There was a tiny tiny issue that was from the factory and not at all bluebox' fault. They were extremely diligent in getting the problem resolved. They got back to each email right away and I never had to request a follow up. Shout out to Michael on their design team for being extremely attentive and professional. There isn't a single negative thing I can say towards the way he handled everything. I would easily recommend bluebox to anyone as long as they have people like Michael on the team. If you're hesitant about ordering from them because you're unsure about their warranty rest assured you're in excellent hands. You will be taken care of no matter what. 10/10 from my experience. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

Phenomenal Customer Service

I ordered a Series 1 from them over the holidays. They were quick in providing shipping updates when I asked.

While I ended up returning the chair (it sadly wasn't comfortable for me), their customer service throughout the process was fantastic. Incredibly helpful and always responded within 24 hours. They immediately sent a free shipping label when I initiated the return.

It didn't work out for me, but I'd highly recommend them based on my experience.

Customer service loves questions and is helpful!

Customer service was cery responsive to my questions prior to I purching. I usually don’t waste time with small inexpensive purchases, but I sit in my chair a lot for work and wanted to make sure it was the best option for me. It was shipped direct from the manufacturer and was better than expected!!

Sent me a broken and used item instead of a new one.

I purchased a top of the line Steelcase chair for over $1,100 after discount. This was supposed to be a new chair. The merchant sent me a chair that was broken. The seat adjustment knob had come off, and the seat was loose. The label with the serial number had been peeled off. There were scuff marks on some parts of the chair, indicating that it was used. However, some parts of the chair were clearly brand new. It would appear that someone took used pieces from a boneyard and mixed them with new parts and sold the result as a new item.
