Always enjoy doing business with buzz

Always enjoy doing business with buzz! His service is very quick, prices are impossible to beat and the quality is amazing across the board from edibles, to extracts to flower! If you haven’t checked out his menu I highly suggest it.

Customer Service is not professional

The products are good but the Customer Service is terrible!!!! I have been ordering since 2020 but recently (nov 2023) I faced a rude employee that talked back to me and told me I got what I deserved just because I got upset when they asked for an ID. They already had my ID on file but it expired so I asked why they needed it and they replied back being all sassy and rude! First time I see this from customer service. Unprofessional! They just don't care about customers! I have trust issues with them now! I will have to look for a store with better service.

While I've always been very happy with…

While I've always been very happy with the products, I find the processing and delivery to be quite slow. Added to the fact that this week, the site seemed to be down and inaccessible for a couple of days, it made for some stressful days, hoping my order got through. Glad to see everything online again and I was able to track my order finally.
