They scam their clients

They scam their clients. If you wish to return a product, that you haven't even opened, they will scam you and say that you already used it and it came back to their deposit with scratches. It happened to me after buying a drum set. After several tries I gave up and rejected any "offer" of theirs were I should pay 15% and then 50% compensation from damages, which were just made up. That's why I decided to keep the product and try to sell it on my own, even at a lower price. I would avoid this scamming store at any cost.
