Absolutely unacceptable — complete scam

I ordered a Lenco record player as a birthday present and it arrived missing a crucial piece, making it completely unusable. From the moment something went wrong, Lenco did everything possible to avoid taking responsibility.

Their website would not allow me to return the item, so I contacted customer support more than FIVE times asking for help. After over two months of emails chasing a refund, I was ignored.

Only when I disputed the charge with my bank did Lenco suddenly respond — and their reply was disgusting. Instead of apologising or resolving the issue, they lied, claiming I never contacted them, and then tried to blame me for supposedly ordering a refurbished product. Absolute nonsense.

This company is happy to take your money, but the second there’s a problem, they vanish and then gaslight you when you escalate it. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Zero integrity.

Based on my experience, this company cannot be trusted.

Bad software makes the product unusable, support unhelpful and AI assisted

I got ODR-160 and the software is just terrible. The worst part is that all the settings get lost after the device is turned off or the battery runs out and you have to save all your stations again. The interface is also terrible and unintuitive, especially long vs short presses. One wrong move and all your settings and saved stations are gone. Going on vacation? You will need someone to speaker-sit so the battery doesn't run out (it lasts about 2 days on standby). I reached out to support and got an AI looking response basically saying that it's a feature not a bug and that they will tell me if a new software version is out. That was about a year ago and at this point I'm very sceptical that it will ever come out. The flaws make the product almost unusable and I have replaced this 150€ radio/speaker with 20€ Chinese one that works perfectly and actually persist the saved stations after turning off. Shame really... Easily fixable but nobody gives a damn :/

Tampered & deceptive product delivery -

I ordered a Lenco LS-310WD recordplayer through Lenco, as confirmed in the order confirmation. However, upon receipt of the package, the delivered product turned out to be a Lenco 300 WD. The recordplayer packaging had clearly been tampered with, as the original model number had been deliberately covered with a different label. I contacted Lenco several times by email to report this issue. Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response to my email. I also placed a review on their site that was never posted...

Buying process on the web crippled to a dead stop

The website is rather slow. Long waiting for loading despite a fast broadband connection. It deteriorates dramatically when trying to walk through the parts buying process, which comes at a halt when you press the button to proceed to payment. Alas.
i am using firefox btw.

Awful avoid!

Awful! Boots sent their item via here. No contact from them, no tracking nothing.
Emailed and no response. Their 0800 number on their website just rings and them goes to Vodafone voicemail?
Now gotta go through boots and klarna to get money back which isn't ideal

Go10 Limited = Lenco

Goods arrived damaged. Emailed Lenco but got no obvious response so left negative review. It turns out that it is "Go10 Limited" that responds to Lenco's customers. Found returns procedure and label in junk folder. Sending goods back for refund and will edit review further depending on final outcome.

Goods returned and refund received. Once I knew to look out for "Go10 Limited" in my emails, in was a very smooth process. Special thanks to Jenifer who handled the whole thing very efficiently.

Great product- poor customer service

Great product- poor customer service.
Purchased a really solid looking Bluetooth Speaker on wheels. I thought it would last a long time, sadly stopped connecting to anything. Customer service was not interested once it was established that I was outside of warranty and hadn’t bought it directly from them. Lenco not willing/able to help with spares or repair. Only buy if you are happy that you are buying a disposable product. Wouldn’t buy from again.

I would be careful with this company…

I would be careful with this company products are good had one of their radios for over 10 years But when it developed a problem (which I am pretty sure is not at my end. It is do with their Servers) Their customer service is non-existent
A glossy front end issuing a trouble ticket number and no further communications from thereon
Won't even answer follow up emails

Satisfied customer experience

Did return/repurchase at lenco.(3/5/21) Store located at 8075 Sheridan dr. 14221. Assisted by Nathaniel. He was efficient, promptly refunded my purchase error and assisted me in locating correct items . He carried goods to my vehicle as well. Nice to work with such a polite, knowledgeable young man.

Absolutely awful company, my product stopped working the retailer would not help and asked me to contact Lenco who refused to help, unacceptable experience, unreasonable

Great products at a great price

Great products at a great price. Lenco has a wide catalogue of consumer electronics honouring their heritage as producer of high-end record players and pushing beyond with affordable quality electronics like DAB+ radio's, party speakers and a range of recordplayers.
