I purchased the Eid Pamp Suisse version and was initially a bit worried after reading some reviews. However, my experience has been reassuring so far. They responded to my emails and dispatched the item promptly once the KYC process was approved, which I appreciated.

One area for improvement would be customer contact. It would be great if they could offer direct phone support, as currently they only leave messages and it can be difficult to reach them.

Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in communication.

Honestly was a little worried after reading the reviews, but by the looks of it majority was from people missing the KYC email, I also checked companies house and could see this company was in good standing, so what did I do? Bought myself a half ounce gold bar, the next working day I got an email to confirm my identity which I did, the day after it was dispatched and I received it the following day.

Really pleased overall and wanted to leave you a 5* review and hope you guys manage to improve your reputation as I received a 5* service.

I will update my review if anything changes in the future orders I make.

Total scam.
Communication was good but that’s as far as it goes.
They are advertising items in stock which are not. They insist that refunds have been made but it’s a lie.
I’ve read other reviews which stated that there good reviews are from a certain group. Unfortunately I will have to confirm this, do not buy from them!!!!!!!
Plenty of decent companies out there and not worth the risk.

I'm starting to wonder if this company is a scam. Or just heavily incompetent.

I placed an order 10 days ago. It said they would contact me to continue the order, and I got an automated confirmation email. Then I never heard from them ever again.

I've noticed that a lot of these 5 star reviews are from Indian names and are just one line reviews that describe nothing. I wonder if they are family/acquaintances of the owners giving fake reviews. (Buybullion24 is owned by Boxerdome Ltd, you can look up the owner's names on gov.uk).

I've now ordered from another company instead and the bullion arrived 2 days later.

Great knowledge surrounding the products, took the time to answer several of my questions explaining in detail.

I bought an item more than 2 weeks ago and they have not yet dispatched the order. I chased them but they do not reply.

I ordered PAMP fortuna gold bars via Buybullion24. They were responsive to queries by email, with fast dispatch and fast delivery.
