I sent in my phone to them. They sent me a check. I cashed the check then a week later they filed a charge back with my bank on the check saying it was a duplicate check when it wasn't. So they got away with a free phone and screwed me over on a bank because now my bank is closed out and I owe $300 to my bank. Iv filed a report against them for scamming

Absolutely great customer service! There was a problem with one of the phones we sent in, very clearly evident in the photos they provided. Lyka was great at walking through the issue and did everything possible to make things right. Will definitely use their service in the future!
