Currys Business Reviews 

We recently placed an order through our business account with Currys and were very pleased with the service. The parcel arrived the next day as expected, which was excellent. We did have an issue obtaining the invoice, but after contacting customer service by email, they took immediate action and promptly sent it to us. We were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved. Overall, a great experience with professional customer support. I would highly recommend Currys for business purchases. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Royal Mail made a mess of delivering my order and she looked into it quickly and sorted out a refund.

Very polite on the phone. Great service from Currys here that makes up for the nonsense from Royal Mail!

Delivery of my new Bosch Fridge Freexer was supposed to happen first thing Monday Morning. I received an email saying it was delayed between 1400 and 1600.
Phone all received at 1650 saying van had broken down 10 mins from my house! Delivery now scheduled for Thursday, but could not tell me a time.
I asked for the Store managers name and was told they could not give that info out.
This is such an arrogant company they seem to think it is OK to inconvenience their customers.
I have now lost the equivalent of two days earnings
Take my advice never buy anything from curry’s, they spell trouble.
Getting cut of on the phone by Customer Service agents (3 times today) Just adds to the frustration of a customer having issues.

It will not happen again, because I will never use Currys again!

I think they promise delivery slots knowing they cannot honour them to get the business and the cancellation them! I hate being lied to!

Finally, this is not a business account as indicated by Danielle, all I have is the Order reference number.

I have now lodges a formal complaint with COO Lindsay Haselmere as I have now had enough of this nonsense! I am sure she will take a dim view of this disgraceful carry on!

Also , I do not appreciate hearing what people are having for their lunch at the Customer Service Centre ,nor being cut of twice mid conversation. Was also cut off by Manager of Kettering branch, it is all most unprofessional!

Simon, at the Chesterfield Branch on the business sales desk dealt with our company's requirements and it has always a pleasure dealing with him.

Currys business Account Manager Daniel Green was great in a recent purchase discussion for business hardware. His communication was quick, efficient and friendly whilst explaining everything well. He advised about products that would compliment what I had already chosen and he arranged delivery and explained timescales involved (which the wider team then over delivered on by having the equipment arrive by lunchtime the following day). The equipment I chose was in stock, which obviously helped, but Daniels speed, and the systems behind him, to process the order ensured a swift delivery. Thank You

Placed order. Paid £20K on credit card to secure stock at Friday lunchtime under advisement from acc manager.
Monday: stock unavailable cannot complete order.
Multiple emails required to initiate a slow refund and credit notes arrived instead requiring further clarification.

very bad experience with installation. twice faulty installation and could not fix it so will not use them again

From initially making contact to ordering was less than 24 hours, and we received our order the very next day! Brilliant support from Matt and super easy for us to select Currys Business because of it. Thanks so much!

Incompetent to the highest degree. I came in asking for a long mac charger and was given a short iphone charger. This also took over half an hour out of my day to sign up for a measel 5% off with your lackluster business hub. You really need to shape up if you want to survive this current climate because you won't be the big fish you were much longer.

EDIT: I don't understand why you are responding to this. You hounded me repeatedly for a review and I gave you one. I won't get back my time you wasted. There's nothing you can do to rectify this. I just gave you a review because you kept asking. Maybe stop pestering people for reviews when you're not going to like what they say. This is also not an unprompted review I click on the link on the email. I have a receipt right here that I would attach if it would let me.
