We had an excellent experience selling our house with Bushnell Porter. Their valuation and recommendations were spot on ensuring that the house was under offer within two weeks of being on the market. David was very proactive in chasing the chain to make sure that the sale was completed when one of the other parties was dragging their heels. We would definitely recommend using Bushnell Porter.

Our First Property Purchase…
We recently purchased our first property which was on the market with Bushnell Porter.
As this was our first buy, we were unsure what to expect and what the processes were for purchasing. David, our estate agent, was very helpful and really made us feel at ease when buying our property. Any questions we had for him were answered quickly, if not instantly. He was always happy to help and put up with us and our multitude of questions.

A pretty pleasant experience as far as Bushnell Porter were concerned. Very helpful, always came back if there were queries and generally made the process as simple as they could.
Went the extra mile chasing the Solicitors which is where the delay was and held up completion. Specula thanks to David for choosing the right buyer even if he was a little challenging!!!

First time home experience excellent.
Bushnell Porter were great in the search for our first home. They are excellent at communication and regularly got in touch during our property purchase throughout COVID-19 lockdown. Very knowledge about the local area as they are a small local business we felt we received a personal service. Highly recommended.

Friendly, responsive and very proactive
The Bushnell Porter team are absolutely fantastic. They are friendly, responsive and very proactive. Our house was sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market. Although our chain was painful at times, I always knew that David had our back and was on the case with the other agents and solicitors in the chain. I would always use Bushnell Porter in the future for peace of mind and value for money. I really cannot recommend them enough.
