Since 2016, I have been making claims with BUPA which were timely and successfully transfer to my account. The support from BUPA is good despite some minor issues quickly tackled with communications with BUPA's dedicated and available staff. My main concern and recommendation is to be careful with the currency in the claim.

Zero Communication, Endless Delays If you don’t chase them daily, nothing happens. I’ve been waiting for months with zero proactive communication—no emails, no calls, no notifications. Even after being told my payment was “on the way,” nothing happened unless I followed up myself. The process is buried in red tape and constant nitpicking over minor details, clearly used to delay payment. Be prepared to chase relentlessly, or expect to wait indefinitely.

I received a very useless threat email from a BUPA staff today and i laughed. Threatening to take action against me. The same staff who told me something over the phone and wrote something completely different in his email. This is the second time this year this same staff is doing this. For me BUPA Global lack Integrity and coincidentally i read about BUPA's experience in Australia and i am not shocked because that has clearly being my experience with BUPA this year. A very useless insurance company.
