Some Issues, but OUTSTANDING Customer Service
Some technical issues as we did not get status emails upon project creation or completion, AND one of our selected voiceover artists just never completed the project. However, our customer service experience with Daniel Matiz and the other customer service employees has been more than outstanding. Daniel in particular is knowledgeable, responsive, and was quick to address any issues that we did have. Thank you Daniel!

A Greedy and Unethical company
As a professional voice-over artist for over a decade, I can tell you should avoid working with these people.
Voice talents will be paid 15% (or less) of the total amount they are charging to the final client...
In the real world, is the complete opposite; the agent or casting agency usually takes from 10% to 30% of the budget, not 85%!!!
Just get far away from Bunnystudio.com, there are other great platforms that respect voice-over artists. Just check on Google, please.

Thanks for proving my point. Your "business" scheme is supported by abusing your talent. For the people who are reading this, actually, my numbers are not far from reality, I can prove it just by quoting my own services.
But Bunnystudio.com will never admit or confirm the percentage they are taking from every project for the sake of "the great service" they provide.
Please don't support this shady company.

Hi Neumann, I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our platform. However, your numbers are far from correct. The reward for voice talents varies, but it will never be as low as 15%. Moreover, Bunny Studio takes responsibility for every project rejected by the client. That means that if you submitted a deliverable, but the client rejected it, we will pay you anyways, while at the same time we refund the client. This guarantees client satisfaction and comes from our budget. We also tend to offer higher rewards to pros at our cost when the client requests extra work.
We care as much for our pros as for our clients. I would love to discuss this further, we can review the project you mention. We are always 100% open to any comments you have.
