If I could rate zero stars I would. Steer clear of this company. I had googled Gympie Flowers. This company popped up with the heading Gympie Flowers. Same day delivery.
So I went to order, I had a look for their location but couldn't see one but felt reassured by the ad saying they were Gympie local. I ordered for same day delivery, this was a Friday. Then I got an email saying it was outside of their local delivery area and that the flowers would be delivered on Tuesday. I asked to cancel my order and be refunded based on the fact their ad said they were Gympie area. I needed the flowers sent that day. They claimed they were unable to cancel the order based on my email and that I had to email again to cancel the delivery. They kept skirting around my request for a refund, instead asking to keep my business, offered an upgrade, a refund on delivery fee, a full store credit. I finally gave in and requested a gourmet gift hamper be sent. I left it up to them to decide what would be an adequate upgrade and option. I received the hamper a full week later. I initially spent $100 on flowers and delivery fee. The entire contents of the hamper cost $20.25. I could have purchased every item from the local grocery store. Nothing gourmet, nothing special. It was literally a hamper of crackers. And the cheapest bottle of red wine you can get. Avoid them at all costs.

The flowers ordered for Mothers Day arrived two days after Mother's Day, a pathetic small bunch with a teddy bear I didn't order to make up for the crap flowers. Also not free delivery as their web site states. Do not use this company.

Mother’s Day flowers arrived 3 days early. I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life. When calling and trying to get a refund, the operator kept saying “we delivered it early as we were busy that weekend” like that was my problem somehow. So disappointed. Now I get hung up on, they won’t even talk to me. My emails have gone unanswered for a month. Do not order from this place. And seeing as this company likes to 1. Pay for and 2. Reply to the reviews, here’s my bloomex order number: 2550844 - I will not rest until I get my money back. If I could give negative stars I would.
first order was placed for Mother's Day and the flowers showed up 2 days late and pretty much dead, I would expect better from dumpster supermarket flowers.
I was then offered a credit that was almost impossible to redeem. after countless emails to their "support" team, I was finally able to redeem my credit and decided to send my partner some flowers. From You Flowers claim that they were delivered, however the flowers never showed up.
Save your time and money, go elsewhere for your flowers.

Ordered flowers for 22nd of may now the 28th no delivery no humans to talk to just a call center who advise they have no manager they can access and just coward message , I can’t speak to anyone they refuse to refund my money or contact me, just auto messages. FRAUDULENT do not use this service practices
And the latest rubbish from them note now over 70 emails to them all requesting my money back and a call and nothing but random automated messages and no call from a manager .
Now been a week and I have no money returned to me

Terrible. Delivered a week late, dead and not even to the front door. Left in the dirt at the bottom of the drive way. They are refusing a refund and I’ve had to call multiple times and they never follow through with their promise to get back to me via email. Do not use this service.

BEWARE, do not use this company. They do not deliver on time, mine were suppose to be delivered yesterday and they still have not delivered. Customer service, there is none. They will not refund me. 1 star only because i had to.

They took a week to deliver but promised next day and when I tried to cancel they would not give me a refund. I would give no stars if I could. I sent an email complaint to From You Flowers. The following gives you an insight of their inexcusable treatment and false advertising:
I googled "florists in roma qld" and I picked the ROMA Florist "From You Florists". When I placed the order the webpage did not state that Roma was out of the delivery zone and that the flowers were going to be transported overnight 4 days later.
In my opinion, it makes the advert on Google simply false advertising.
My friend is battling cancer and was having a terrible day, so I wanted to brighten her day with the delivery of fresh flowers. From You Flowers have been a total disappointment and caused me a lot of angst. the suggestion for my friend to come back from Brisbane to Roma another day to collect flowers was totally ludicrous. She is undergoing chemo treatment - what the hell were they thinking to even suggest that!!!
A store credit was offered which I refused, a partial refund was offered (less a penalty for cancelling) and eventually a full refund was arranged.
Not a pleasant experience!!
I will not be purchasing flowers From You Flowers in future nor recommending the business.

I have contacted this company so many times over the last 2 weeks. I ordered a bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day on Friday & was told they maybe not be delivered on Sunday but if not deffs Mon or Tuesday. A week later (the following tuesday) they were delivered & of course they were moldy!! Further more they couldn’t fulfill the bunch I paid for and substituted them without asking me if I was okay with this. I have requested a full refund multiple times just to be told I can get a store credit or reshipment…. Why would I want them reshaped when Mother’s Day was nearly 2 weeks ago. I will be taking things further as they have not delivered what I have paid for.
Now saying they don’t have any record even though I’ve provided them with the exact order number, email & phone number that was used… looks like there trying to cover up there mistakes

Genuinely terrible company.
First bouquet I ordered was delivered three days early and to the wrong address, they then offered to send a new bouquet a week after the original delivery date and then didn’t deliver the bouquet.
Second bouquet I ordered was nothing like the picture and contained 4 measly roses, and this was after they tried to cancel the order due to the previous order being cancelled on their end.
Customer service is downright disgusting, refusal of a refund and only offered a partial store credit, as if I’m going to order form them.

This would have to be one of the worst experiences ever! Ordered flowers and gift hamper for my mother in laws birthday, not only were they 5 days late, but they also arrived almost dead and in a damaged box! $170 was an absolute rip off. After several emails back and forth, they refused a refund. I wish I was able to upload the pictures. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Big disappointment experience from FROM YOU FLOWERS! I have chosen delivery date from their website and after processing my payment i got a message that delivery won’t be until after 5 days!! The flowers are for a funeral so they will arrive after the funeral? How horrible this experience is. Now im told that they will refund and it will take 5-10 working days to receive the refund. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM YOU FLOWERS AGAIN!!

my mother ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers and payed an extra 19.95$ for same day delivered which was meant for the sunday, they were delivered on tuesday AFTER mother’s day which is really disappointing, i hope people read these reviews and never order from these company’s again, she was supposed to get a full refund of 19.95$ for the delivery fee and she has received 5$ this is so disgusting from this company never ever order from here again. The flowers where not what she ordered and where supposed to arrive in a vase, which in our case the vase and original flowers we ordered where missing and we got different flowers instead.

I only gave them one star because zero wasn’t an option.
My mother passed away recently, and one of her friends did us a huge favour, sitting in her almost empty house, for about 7 hours, waiting for a truck to arrive to collect the goods we were donating to lifeline. The truck never arrived, but mum and I thought we should send Jean flowers anyway, so we did.
They took over a week to arrive. But this time they were horrible, and had gone mouldy.
I gave Jean money to buy flowers for herself.
I told flowers for you, and asked for a refund. They said no, we will resend the flowers. I said they were a gift from my mum, and she’s now passed away! Jean has been given flowers from another source! I want a refund.
They still said no, we’re sending a new arrangement.
I said no, I want a refund. They said we’ve sent them, so I told them to send them to me instead. When they arrived the box was crushed, they were not in water, and looked nothing like the flowers in the picture I ordered.
I just gave up at that point, but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. They were a huge waste of money.
I would never buy from them again.
Addendum 30 May 2026.
Bloomex insist that there is still a replacement in transit. I seriously doubt there is a replacement in transit, and in any case, an order of fresh flowers, after over three weeks, is not likely to be worth what it cost me. They are still refusing to give a refund, and have asked that I keep my further comments off this page. Since writing directly to them has got me exactly nowhere, I’ve come back to here.
A final addendum.
Bloomex insisted the flowers had now been delivered (I did not received any additional delivery), and I just don’t have the energy to fight this any more. It would have been mums birthday on Sunday, and I’m still missing her terribly, and struggling with all that I have to do as her executor, which, as time progresses. Is getting easier. Maybe I’ve just done the difficult things. Anyway. This company were just not listening to me. They were sending the same canned reply each time, and I have enough to deal with, without this.
Don’t order flowers from them.

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers, to be delivered on the day (Mum lives rurally - thought this company would be perfect since they offered delivery).
I called the service line, antsy, on the 10th around 3pm to see when they will be arriving a lady in an obvious Indian call centre assured they were gonna be delivered before 8pm that day.
Flowers came on the 14th, 3pm.
I ordered a large bouquet - $140 worth of baby pink roses, baby’s breath bouquet (the name of the bouquet was new baby girl) what was inside the box was bright yellow sunflowers (3 stems) and orange gerbras (2 stems). The bouquet was smaller than my hand!?
Called India again (the customer service line) where a man advised that my order was subject to a ‘substitution’ and told me to email through my concerns and photos of the order (which I did). Haven’t heard back from them since..
Please don’t make the mistake of supporting this scam business
