Bumble is the most unpleasant and unsafe dating website.. Very badly organized . I was blocked without any reason. Any loser can report you for being rude or scamming.. any loser you didn’t give a chance.I was always friendly and polite.. didn’t write a single mean thing. The website full of gigolos and poor men who first ask you where you work. But they do not provide any information about themselves. The website is extremely overrated and unreasonably expensive. They must be banned forever for a scam!!!!

Subscribed & wasted my money!

I got a few likes, but couldn't see them because you have to pay. When i finally did pay, the likes turned into women who had liked me but had not subscribed themselves, so until both of you do, contact is not accessible. I've had over 50 women contact me with nu membership & even though i could extend it by 24 hours, it made no difference when they don't pay too. Most of the women who did pay are from abroad, but list falsely state they're in London when they've never been! Can you report anyone for blatant liars etc... ? NO! Because you can only select the problems or answers Bumble offer :( It took a week to get admin to understand I couldn't get my passport ID sorted as they kept replying & saying it's my pic instead. It's a waste of money & I've closed my account for good! Save your money & go for a better site, if there is one!

Fraud Scammers using love as their bait

The app is a scam.

There are predetermined things that happen to everyone when they sign up.

After signing up you get some likes but the app doesn’t show you who they are until you’ve run out of likes yourself. As you can see that is a trap.

After the next day you might be able to see the people who liked you but after you swipe left on them all because they are bot accounts you proceed to never get a like again.

Since they gaslit you into thinking you got likes by giving you a bunch when you first sign up you will think hey I’ll try a short subscription.

After paying the gaslighting scam likes start up again. You aren’t shown them for quite some time, then if you manage to match with 1 person they won’t respond because it’s a bot account.

endless amounts of gaslighting and psychological warfare on its users.

The company has lost billions of dollars through sheer stupidity.

STILL RECEIVING EMAILS FROM THEM. GOT ONE SAYING “ORDER # CONFIRMED” SUSPECTING IT WAS SPAM I CREATED AN EMAIL TO THEIR REAL SUPPORT AND THEY CONFIRMED THE ORDER. THE ORDER USED AN AMEX CARD THAT ISNT MINE WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE WHY SCAM ME BUT NOT USE MY MONEY? MAYBE THE SCAMMER IS USING ANOTHER PERSONS CARD THEY STOLE STILL UNDER MY EMAIL ALL WHILE IPROYAL IS STILL TELLING ME THE EMAIL DOESNT EXIST. OH WELL NO HELP, STILL GETTING CRAZY EMAILS FROM THEIR LEGIT ADDRESS NOT SOOOFERS.

Banned for no reason

Bumble is a joke, this company is led by AI bots. I was banned for "sexual harassment" because my bio said "Fck Trump"

I'm serious...

Nothing in my bio was sexual. All conversations have always been super respectful.

Lifetime Ban without warning for a message that did not breach guidelines.

Some context, I reported a user who clearly breached the rules (I am diligent so when I reported, I referenced the specific rule this would be in breach of). They reached out to the user to get her part of the story (note this was while the conversation was in the app, we had not exchanged numbers so it is black and white what was said as opposed to reporting someone offline where you can change the story and perhaps claim certain things were said on a date) but nothing came of it despite it being a clear violation. Bumble came back that they would not do anything, let alone issue the user with a warning. A couple months (and subscriptions paid and wasted money later), while logging into the app one morning I noticed I was banned. I had been speaking to a girl the night before who had clearly become offended by what I said (let me be explicit here, I have never been banned on any app before, and ironically tone sarcasm down for this exact reason in that people get offended too easily). I emailed Bumble to ask the reason behind the ban to which they emailed a generic response. I emailed back, even though I truly believe I did not say anything offensive, and on top of that had no ill intent (which does not count for anything any more though that should matter!), and a heartfelt message that I am on the app to find my long-term partner, would be careful in future, would appreciate the feedback to also ensure I do not make the same joke to which I did not get a response. This is analogous to driving 66mph in a 60 zone, and instead of being given a warning by the officer, or points, or even attending the Speed awareness courses, you are sent straight to prison, no court case, no parole, FOR LIFE.

Utterly awful. Too many issues to list!
Almost scammy in how it operates and hardly cheap. Don't be fooled by its attemots to present itself as more elite than Tinder. It is far worse IMO.

Another predatory dating app preying on lonely men

Just like the apps from Match Group, the algorithm is designed to keep you on the platform as long as possible and squeeze every cent they can out of you before you give up, they won't actually show your profile to those you've swiped right on, they will only show it to those outside your distance filters, women miles and miles away to give you the odd match that they know won't go anywhere because you live too far away

The will also use this trick to give you likes from women miles outside of your preferences, in order to entice you into buying premium to see who liked you.

They have zero interest in matching you with someone that actually lives nearby with similar interests and attractiveness level, because then how would they extort any more money out of you if you find a partner and leave the app?

It's honestly disgusting that these apps can still get away with this predatory behaviour, but it seems like Bumble and Match group are now in a race to the bottom in terms of user experience, so they will probably be pushed out within the next few years by another app.

Dating apps such as these need to be regulated and subject to external audits, they are most likely breaking several consumer laws and should face huge fines, some at the top even prison time for what they are doing to people's mental health.

Appalling experience.

Appalling experience.
The day my Premium expired.....guess what.. I have 5 matches ...but have to pay. I then find out some of them are not within my set criteria
It's reverse sexism (male POV). For an APP aimed at getting 2 people together, IT DOES EVERYTHING FOR THAT NOT TO HAPPEN... ie there are blocks in the way (24 hours to respond.....why? and both people have to answer the question).
They also took 2 unauthorised payments from my bank account (for online help). This meant a trip to the bank and wait for a new bank card and the hassle that comes with that.

“Empowerment” Is a Marketing Illusion

I joined Bumble because of its promise to empower women and create a safer online dating space. Sadly, my experience has revealed how hollow that promise truly is.

My account was permanently blocked after a match made a false and malicious report accusing me of selling sexual services — a claim that was completely untrue. Bumble made no effort to investigate, verify the report, or hear my side of the story. I reached out multiple times, explained what had happened, and asked for a fair review. Instead, I received templated responses and a final decision that showed no sign of genuine human oversight.

Worse still, when I requested full erasure of my personal data, Bumble responded by confirming that they intentionally retain personal information of blocked users — including names, device IDs, messages, and “reasons for the block.” They claim this is to “protect their legitimate interests” and may hold this data for up to six years or longer “if necessary.”

This means even when you exercise your right to delete your data, Bumble keeps it — effectively holding it hostage under vague policies that protect their liability, not their users.

For a company that markets itself as feminist and empowering, this is extremely disappointing. There was no fairness, no transparency, and no accountability — just a complete erasure of my voice and an indefinite retention of my personal information.

If Bumble truly cared about women’s safety and empowerment, they would:

Conduct proper investigations before blocking users.

Provide a transparent appeal process.

Honor users’ right to full data erasure without hidden clauses or loopholes.

Until then, Bumble’s “empowerment” message feels more like a slogan than a standard. Women deserve platforms that truly protect and respect them — not ones that silence them and retain their data in the shadows.

Bumble?

Bumble?
Have you watched that movie?
How much Bumble paid them?
I tell you my story, I was swapping with a premium, then suddenly my premium expired, and when my premium expired I got 17 likes, I paid for another membership to find out these the likes were hundreds miles away and women were over my height even though I paid from premium and had it in my advanced filters. These 17 likes were from profiles who are inactive. I reversed-engineered to prove it.Bumble is a scam and probably the next scam movie on Netflix.
