Nice and easy shopping experience. Had a phone call to say they were unable to ship to a different address to billing address, I also had to be in to sign for the parcel so they arranged to hold it so it would arrive on a Saturday so I would be in to receive it. It came all safely wrapped up in bubble wrap. Absolutely great customer services. I will 100% be ordering again in the future. Very happy! Thank you for all your help.

Excellent customer service and quality. I bought from them a while ago and had a phone call from an account manager some time after. I was a bit cautious buying precious metals online and over the phone but Bullion House are very reliable and trust worthy. Thay have great knowledge about their products and are very friendly. I had a delay on one of my orders and they kept me up to date the whole way through. I would highly recommend Bullion House to beginner or experienced investors and collectors.
