Corespondence, all questions promptly answered when planning to buy. Truthful answers when asking if machine was generic. Realistic delivery charge when asked for quote, never straight forward when on a remote Orkney Island relying on more handling and two different ferries. Profesionally packaged in a steel crate fixed to a pallet.

I needed a good log splitter, spoke to Dan and 2 hours later was driving back home with the LS600. This machine is great value for money compared with others on the market. I will certainly have no hesitation in buying from Buffalo again.

I like to use any purchases for a while before leaving reviews. We bought a Buffalo B600 back in August last year, delivery was quick and all our expectations were exceeded since it has arrived. We have cleared a whole green house and also have dug out the old drive away in the weeks that followed. For the money this has by far been our best purchase last year. Lots of hours saved and also money for the countless times we would have needed to hire a digger. Thanks again, highly recommend Buffalo.

The digger has saved us so much time, before November we were planting evergreen trees by hand and the digging took up most of our time. We bought a Buffalo B600 digger 3 weeks ago and it’s already saved so many countless hours and back ache. Highly highly recommend Buffalo to anyone, delivery was made within 2 days and communication was perfect. We’ll be looking at the Buffalo SKD700 skid steer next!

Arrived on time very pleased with it small but efficient works well recommend it for small digger.

Missing user manual & the wrong information contained within it when it did arrive. Customer service was excellent at addressing the problems but they could be easily avoided with a little more diligence.
Also, for the high cost of delivery I would expect at least a next day service or a fully trackable delivery. As it was, there was no notification when the delivery was due and I almost missed it.
