I ordered a dogs relax bed buy 1 get 1 free.Came from outside off England. It’s a farce as it’s a square 3-2 ft. It looks more like a dolls blanket And only one sent. Nothing like the photo . Can’t see where I can send it back and get a refund
Great products but not honest about where orders ship from
I love their products so gave them 2 stars but if you are in the UK, take note their UK store does not ship your order from the UK, and if you have a problem with any items in the order, you will have to pay at least £10 to send it back to them (in Spain).
I now have a £20 trek hat that is too big by at least 2 inches I have to pay £10 to return. So I am out of pocket by £10, and don't even have a hat. Wouldn't mind paying so much if I was getting a replacement in the correct size.
So annoyed. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd know they were shipping from outside the UK.
Do not order from this company.
The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Had contact in the beginning then completely ignored my emails. Ordered a pc bundle never received it. Was lucky got in touch with wowcher through their WhatsApp and received a full refund.
Slow to despatch
I ordered my item 13th March and it's only just been despatched on 18th March and is still in Spain tracking says awaiting despatch still.
Update it's now 20th March and it's gone from Barcelona to Madrid per the tracking. I am in the UK waiting patiently.
Awful! Have to pay to send any returns to Spain! AVOID!
Bought some beanie hats, having first checked that it was possible to return them. They arrived and didn’t look like the online image. Colours look different. Tried to return to Buff via their online portal, only to find that it has to be shipped back from UK to Spain with tracked postage. Cost me £11 to return two wooly hats. Absolute joke.
Checked T&Cs again. No where does it say that it’s being sold from Spain or would need to be returned there. It merely says “to the address provided via eWorld when printing a returns label”.
Am going to pursue this with them, as would be contrary to UK consumer rights laws for it to be so costly for me to exercise my consumer rights. Should be very clearly stated in T&Cs.
I would never have bought from them if I knew I would have to pay to send returns to Spain.

Poor product and customer support.
Purchased Buff mask which is a disaster. Design makes it impossible to talk with out the mask entering your mouth. the filters fall out whilst in use, it is uncomfortably tight around the back of the neck and impossible to remove without the mask touching your face. Contacted Buff UK and was redirected to Buff Europe who were not helpful and would not provide dimensions for the mask to see if it was faulty! They were insistent that I should return the item to the shop were I purchased it and failed to understand that in the UK face coverings are sold as PPE and therefore not refundable!
Don't order from Buff.com, You've been warned.

Still waiting for refund...
Waiting to receive my refund for about a month now and the customer service doesn’t give any sign of life... It’s a shame, because their products are quite nice. Definitely never going to buy at their webshop again.
Absolute shambles of a company
Absolute shambles of a company. No response to customer emails. Ordered masks on the 31st of July and originally told it would arrive in 4-6 days, got an email on the 7th of August, again promising delivery in 4-6 days, and then another email on 11th promising the same. Tracking number in one email worked and it didn't in the other, finally figured out how to track and it said it had been returned to sender on the 14th of August. Another email came confirming it had been an unsuccessful delivery on the 16th. I've asked for a refund, but it seems it is a ghost company, with no one working in it and no one responding to any form of communication (email, contact form, Facebook). They just seem happy to take the money but won't deliver items. Stay away!
