Stay far away from this provider
I live since 1997 in the Netherlands and I have switched from one to another provider without any problems. I have never ever experienced such a cutthroat company in my lifetime. If you decide to choose this crappy provider, no matter if it's for internet or for energy, get acquainted with early termination fees in case you have to move etc. and do not expect them to play along once you have already switched your provider. My new provider already notified me that they need my customer number since they won't share it with them. Never ever again and good luck to everybody else :)

Cancellation Nightmare
During my contract everything was fine. Now that I am moving and I try to cancel, it seems impossible. I can't cancel online, it only lets me move to a new address. The chat function doesn't help, they do not respond to email and no one picks up the phone after I tried a dozen times.

A rocky start but all resolved once one got through to the service center on the phone
After struggling with reaching the right answer/person on the phone (nothing in English), but once we DID speak to someone, the company proved helpful, efficient and clear. Polite and with good english they were helpful. I appreciated their help and the problem is resolved. Thank you.

These people are complete scam artists
These people are complete scam artists. The person on the phone who gave me this contract lied about the terms, even when specifically asked if such terms applied. Now I am stuck with a 500 euro fine for changing suppliers of which only half will be repaid.
Contact by telephone is almost impossible IF YOU CAN FIND THE NUMBER.
Avoid this company at all costs.
