I had a very poor experience with this…

I had a very poor experience with this company. First, they do not offer eSIM, which is already a big limitation in 2026.

More importantly, the way they handle contracts is extremely rigid and not customer-friendly. I received a very small discount of €30, but when I wanted to cancel, they charged me €120 as a termination fee (50% of the remaining contract). There is clearly no proportionality between the benefit received and the penalty.

When I raised this issue, they refused to even consider a reasonable solution and simply hid behind their terms and conditions. No flexibility, no real customer support, just copy-paste responses.

This kind of approach might be legal on paper, but it is far from fair or customer-oriented.

I would not recommend this provider if you value transparency and fair treatment.

terrible

terrible! it happened that two times I talked with the customer service. a very impolite girl! second every few days I recive notofication that internet is finished and charge it. I didn't have this problem with Lebara, dezpite I was using instagram in that time and now I don't use any other apps from my mobile only watsappnot satisfied!
