I join the chorus: DON'T USE THIS SITE

I made a booking for three people, Hiroshima-Seoul. The BudgetAir.se site showed the price 3101:- through the whole booking process, until I pressed the PAY button.
Then the price obviously changed to 3300:-.

Thought this would be easily sorted by their customer support.
Instead, they continously answer that I paid 3300:-. (as if I didn't know that.... That was the whole point I tried to make, in 20 mails. That I should have paid 3101:-, not 3300:- )

Finally I gave up, and write this review Instead.

You sent me a ticket with unclear information about the terminal which put me in trouble a lot.

You should ensure ticket price is valid before taking payment:

SCAM! Do not book with this company!

I booked a flight with them, but got an email saying that the fare you chose is no longer available from the airline, and I would get a refund. So I went to buy another ticket and for my surprise found the same ticket with them. Me thinking that this must be an honest mistake in the system, bought again with them.

They took my money and never sent a booking confirmation. I went to check the live chat for support, but they never give you the option to talk with a human or type anything, and the bot was saying that there are no refunds to both of my flights. So basically I got scammed 6.662,16 DKK, and by reading the reviews here, it looks like I won't get my money back, but I will not not give up, even if I have to sue them.

Booked a flight ticket though budgetair.dk for Ryanair. Apperently, Ryanair is not working with budgetair.dk.

This means that what I thought was a valid ticket for Ryanair - has to be verified by Ryanair first! I am now waiting for an approval from Ryanair - if my ticket can be used or not....

Not what you expect when you buy a flight ticket - eventhough it was bought though a 3-party agency (budgetair.dk)...

I have tried to call budgetair - unfortnuatly without any luck.

My first flight went well with no issues on check in and flew home for a short break from work. However when coming back to work, I noticed an issue with checking into the flight I was meant to take the next day. I thought this was an issue with Ryanair so decided to check in physically at the airport. Upon arrival I was informed that they see a booking but due to some errors on BudgetAir's side, I had to pay for the ticket to be able to use it. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that because the tickets had been used, I will not be receiving a refund and if I contacted them they would have helped me check in.. how was I meant to get a hold of them on a Sunday and via mail, just 2 hour before my flight? Secondly the reason the ticket was used, was because I paid for it myself. Hoping someone can help me with a contact for their upper management.

No refund for cancelled tickets for 3 years. Only promises but no actions

As I purchased airplane tickets, from New York to Copenhagen, the purchase was cancelled shortly afterwards.

Received this message:
“We have cancelled your booking request and refunded your payment of DKK 6564.00 . Because of the processing time required by the banks and credit card companies, it may take up to 5 - 10 working days before you can see this payment in your account.”

This is 13 days ago and no refund has been made.

My booking was canceled due to Airbudget.dk mishandling on the reissue of the tickets. And they don’t provide the full refund.
According to EU Air Passenger Right, we have the right to get full refund .
If you are in the similar situation, suggest you go to European consumer center for help. The company is within EU.

Prepped my flight plans, then as soon as I click on the link to continue, I'm alerted the price just went up. Bait and switch - false advertising - waste of time.

I make i reservation on budget air. I pay extra for a seat. They took the money, but the dont give me the seat!!!!! And you cant call them or text them..

Overall better experience than Trip.com which couldn’t process my payment even after 5 trials. But what can be improved is streamlined booking steps - I felt like there are too many questions asked.
