First i thought it would be a fake website but then i saw 4.6 ratings on Skyscanner i took a chance to book my ticket with their website. It took more than 24 hours for them to issue me ticket but thanks to them that they didn't disappoint me and saved my money from going into scammers hands.

I understand that OTP and 3-D Secure authentication are managed by the card-issuing bank. However, my concern remains that I did not authorize this transaction.
I did not receive or enter any OTP, I did not receive any push/pop-up notification or authentication request, and I did not provide any approval or confirmation for this payment.
Therefore, simply stating that the transaction was “authorized by the bank” does not answer my concern. I request you to please explain what specific authentication was used to establish that I authorized this payment.
Please provide or confirm the following:
- Whether 3-D Secure was used for this transaction.
- Whether the transaction was frictionless or required a 3-D Secure challenge.
- Whether an OTP, push notification, biometric verification, or any other authentication was actually triggered.
- The authentication result/status received by BudgetAir.
- The relevant transaction/authorization reference and timestamp.
I also want to reiterate that I want the booking cancelled and the money refunded to my original payment method.
I understand that the airline has stated that the ticket is non-refundable. However, my complaint is regarding the authorization of the payment itself, not simply the airline's normal cancellation policy.
Please have your team contact me directly and explain the payment authorization process and assist me with the cancellation and full refund.
Please treat this as an urgent matter and provide a clear written response.
