Quick delivery, does what it says on the tin, so to speak. Ideal bit of kit for when going for long walks with the dog, keeps him happy having food and drink on the go 😀

Useful cover providing protection with plenty of pockets

Bottle itself is brilliant, I bought an extra dish and so have space for food, treats and water, keeps them cool and it’s good to have everything in one place! However, I am disappointed in the bottle cover I also bought. The clasp snapped on first use, which makes the bottle cover almost useless. Such a pity.On reading other reviews, this is not the first time this has happened and they have had as much success getting a replacement as I have- none!

Great service and prompt delivery. Haven't used bottle yet as puppy isn't allowed out yet but I'm sure he will love it.

Excellent product. I am very happy with my purchase and so are my dogs…

Only downside is the bottles are a tad bulky/heavy!

But they are designed to keep water cool - they do!

They have a carabiner style clip which is great for hanging on a bag (though I don't actually use this I put in my bag)!

Water “bowl” screws onto the bottom of the bottle!

First class, the product it's fab and when I accidentally left the bottom bowl behind in a field the company was kind enough to replace it when I bought a standard bowl. In fact I bought another bottle as well as its perfect and when you've two dogs sometimes you need a lot of water.

The product is great, packaging was superb - lovely use of tissue paper and stickers so hand a nice hand packed feel. The order was very late due to issues with their supplier and although there was some communication with the offer to cancel the order I felt there should have been at least one more update

I love my buddy bottle it has made summer walks so much better not only does my dog get fresh cool water but I can share saves me carrying an extra drink for myself or spending money on drinks while I’m out with the dog easy clip to attach to belt or just put it in my backpack water stays cool love it

Items never received , Replacenents never received . I don’t think they were ever sent. Refund requested.

We have been using Buddy Bottle since last summer and it’s fantastic, great quality and brilliant to take out on trips with Rocky our Shih Tzu.

We left it by mistake on one of our days out and reordered as we cannot be without it.

Thankfully it has been found and it’s being sent back to us so I contacted customer support and explained the situation and asked it I could cancel the order.

They came back very quickly and have cancelled and have refunded, outstanding customer service.

I highly recommend this great company.

Awful delivery and response
Took months to receive. And all we was told is it was due to a train derailment in India!

Great product after it eventually turned up. Lesson learned, not to pre-order a bottle in future.
When it did arrive it was a lovely colour and great product
