The goods are of very poor quality and look nothing like photos on the website. You are better off shopping on TEMU. The buddhastoneshop is based in China. The UK address (61 Bridge Street, Kington, Herefordshire, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ ) is an empty, so called, “virtual office service “ , not an actual company/ store. The refunds are prohibitively expensive and not guaranteed - the company advises you to get an insurance when returning any goods.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Nice products and good customer service
Overall, the experience has been good so far. I received my shirts, which seem to be good quality and nicely finished. Unfortunately, they are rather too big, so I contacted their customer service department and received very polite and helpful responses to assist with changing the sizes. I am now waiting for the exchange products.

I ordered a wrong size bangle and had to change to it . I contacted the customer services. They responded quickly and agreed to replace the correct size item with minimum shipping and other cost. Now I am waiting to get the replaced item for like almost 2 weeks. Email their customer service they just ghosted me. The tracking number which they listed as item have arrived. But till date have not received the item. Guys , my advise do not buy any items from their shop. Unreliable service. They just trying to milk you. Period.

Terrible quality. Return policy they say EASY -what a joke! Top and dress return would've cost over $35 - out of your pocket! And the return address was complicated and 8 lines! impossible to fill out a form. Had to keep it wasn't worth the hassle of return and getting lost and costing me $35 plus my time at the P.O. Buyer beware! Pictures are deceiving! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I had known the goods were coming from China and that returning an item that didn't fit would be a process of endless email exchanges and ending with expensive postage charges to return to China I would never have bought anything from them. Products are good quality and they are very quick and helpful on email:
I accidentally ordered for delivery to the wrong address, but emailed them and they sorted it out no problem.
The clothes arrived and are good quality but one of the items was too small, another email correspondence and they are sending out a replacement for the correct size for the cost of shipping and no need to return the old item.
The only downside is delivery times are not quick but as long as you know this it’s not a problem.

Returned parcel lost in China

I have received a refund so apologies to Buddha stone and the customer service.
I appreciate the effort but would be wary of buying from a company based in China again.
I ordered three pairs of trousers and they took a couple of weeks to arrive and then weren't as nice as the pictures and didn't fit well so wanted to return. There was a lot of emails trying to persuade me to keep them for a discount but in the end I got a returns address to China which cost me £17!
The parcel has since been at customs for a month so I guess I'm not going to get any money back.
