Returned parcel lost in China

I have received a refund so apologies to Buddha stone and the customer service.
I appreciate the effort but would be wary of buying from a company based in China again.
I ordered three pairs of trousers and they took a couple of weeks to arrive and then weren't as nice as the pictures and didn't fit well so wanted to return. There was a lot of emails trying to persuade me to keep them for a discount but in the end I got a returns address to China which cost me £17!
The parcel has since been at customs for a month so I guess I'm not going to get any money back.

Very disappointed
I had to wait weeks for my order a when it finally arrived I was so disappointed. The quality of the clothing is very poor and the 2 tops were rediculously small despite being xxl . The trousers don’t look anything like the video and neither did the tops for that matter. Trying to return these items is so complicated that I won’t bother and I’ll put this down to experience. I definitely will not use this store again.

Update: After my review, the company reached out to me and offered to refund my payment, minus shipping. They also allowed me to avoid shipping the item back. The caveat was that I was encouraged to amend my review here. I was impressed that they reached out, and it was better than nothing. I have changed my star rating from 1 to 3 because while they made some amends, the ordeal wasn’t the best experience. Original review: The sizing isn’t true, and when I tried to return, I was hassled for reasons why it didn’t fit for several days. I finally had to be firm and tell them to send me the return address and quit making a simple apparel return so difficult. When I got the address it was in China, with shipping costs several times more than the item cost. I would never buy from this store again. There is no Zen here! Just frustration.

Frustrating experience – Poor sizing, massive delays, and automated service
I cannot recommend this company. I ordered a shirt, strictly adhering to the sizing guidelines provided on their website, but the item that arrived is too small and unwearable.
The delivery delays were absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted customer service to complain, I was met with an unhelpful, generic canned response telling me to track a package that had actually just arrived.
I have requested a return and a full refund for the entire order—including an inappropriate 'free gift" they threw in—but the overall experience has been highly frustrating. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
And they're not Tibetan but you'd guessed that

I was hesitant at first and I read the instructions on the apparel to either buy one to two sizes up from your normal size and I also read the sizing chart carefully. As a true medium I purchased Large and X-Large as advised and I love the fit, quality and detail on the clothes I purchased. Both orders arrived in a good time frame and tracking was provided.

Stay away from it
Stay away from it. There is no refund option and no return option. While you technically can return items, you would have to pay postage to China out of pocket which is likely more than you paid for your purchase. Their 'customer service' offers you to choose alternate items for the same price to avoid a return, but then actually want to charge you for the postage. Frustrating experience, and waste of money and time.

Cheap & tangled/knotted necklace
I bought a few necklaces and a ring from them. Both necklaces came very, very tangled, and the chain itself is very cheap. I emailed them to get it returned and they want pictures of it, but I actually took my time and untangled it. It took me about 40 minutes. I told them that I wanted to return it because of the quality. Or lack there of. I will not be buying anything from them again there are things are very cheaply made….

Rubbish quality. Deceptive as looks like a UK based service. Cant return (costs £30!) to ship to China. Took ages for delivery to reach me. So disappointed. Clever marketing but I feel scammed out of £100.

Buddhastoneshop is a SCAM. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NEVER buy anything from this shop again.
I bought 2 pair of yoga pants and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. Neither of them looked anything like the picture and the quailty was very poor: cheap polyester. When I tried to return them for a refund, I had to email them several times before they would send me the address to return them which is IN CHINA. It's not worth the postage to try to return them with NO GUARANTEE I will get a refund. There are many high quality places to buy yoga clothes online but THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! Save your money and shop elsewhere with an easier return policy and better quality.

I got sucked in by the Facebook…
I got sucked in by the Facebook marketing for the free piece of jewelry. I've done this stuff before. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. I picked the lotus necklace, believing it was going to be white stone, and they market it being made by tibetan monks which I highly doubt but hey if it's true that's pretty cool. I paid the shipping, which coming over seas was like 17$, and they asked for a tip, and I figured it's handmade so they kind of deserve it. It only took about 2 weeks to get here. The tracking they use doesn't work very well, it just says in transit then one day, poof it's here from NJ. I opened the packaging and was excited to see such a nifty box, the little bag it came in, and was kind of sad it was all plastic. I figured it was "free" so I couldn't complain. I put it on my wrist like I would with any Buddha beads and it ripped on my hair, same with around my neck, so now it hangs on my car review mirror. So kinda disappointed but kinda not, like you get what you pay for? I would order from them again but would be worried I'd get plastic again.

The beads are made from White Jade Bodhi seeds, which are natural seeds known for their smooth texture and jade-like luster. "White Jade Bodhi" refers to a specific variety of Bodhi seed and does not mean the beads are made of white jade stone.
Because Bodhi seeds are natural plant seeds, they are much lighter than stone and have a different feel and weight. They are not plastic in either texture or composition.
If customers wish to verify the authenticity of Bodhi seeds, there are traditional identification methods. Natural Bodhi material will release a grain-like scent when burned and become carbonized after cooling, while plastic emits a strong chemical odor. However, these tests would permanently damage the beads, so we do not recommend performing them.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. I ordered a corduroy waistcoat with pockets at a cost of £30.99
The item received is so thin it is transparent. Buttons are actually poppers. Awful. Not something I would purchase or wear.
The online store pictures do not indicate quality so poor.
It is also a Chinese company, so returning the item would cost more in carriage than it is worth.
Please spend your money at a site you can trust and stay away from this veiled scam.
