Received damaged item, then threats
Received damaged item, was accused of damaging it myself, left a poor review after over a month of no response, reversed the PayPal transaction and then the company accused me via Google reviews and e-mails sent directly to me, of theft and he also threatened me with legal action over the reversed payment AND demanded that I remove my review and give him a written apology. I was recovering from a traumatic birth and needed this mattress for my baby. He claimed we let it get "rained on", which it was never wet, it was covered in dirt, oil and ink from transit and the packaging was ripped, so it went into the mattress. The person will make all of these excuses and accuse every customer of being a liar and threaten legal action, go see for yourself on Google reviews. I bought a very expensive pram from them with no issues, but they didn't care. Wish I looked at the reviews first. In the end, we returned the mattress to them ourselves because they refused to send a courier and just kept accusing us of theft despite us saying we want someone to pick it up. Shipping cost us around $50. We contacted them saying it is law that they reimburse the shipping cost of the damaged item and they didn't reimburse so we paid $50 for a mattress we don't have. I'm just one of many who you can read on google reviews, they threaten legal action via email when you complain.
