It's been a month since we started using all BSS apps for our wholesale business. While we faced some initial setup challenges, the BSS support team was highly responsive to our queries and helped us streamline everything smoothly.

Good service! To install everything by my own was a bit too complicated. The team assisted me and installed the dificulties. Also there was a problem with pricing. They also fixed it in one day.

We recently switched our Magento checkout to BSS's One Step checkout. It works really well but we requested a modification making to the checkout to suit our particular usage. Thanks to Esther and HuyND in the support team this change was made as requested quickly with great communication. We'll be rolling this out to all our ecommerce sites.

We've got a big variety of products, some with simple product options and some with more complex and OPTIS Product Options works great for both. Very easy to use.
Support (wich is not a bot...) respons within minutes and are very helpful.
